Worst online shopping experience ever.. purchased a Sylvanian Families toy and I was not notified it had been returned to sender. Eventually got contact through the online submission box as the address on my order was in fact correct the toy was reposted. A few days later I received a ‘pugs dive’ toy, I gave up too hard to contact and epic frustration that they could not get this right. Do not recommend not having a contact number or email service is ridiculous and how Sylvanian families is a pug game is beyond me.

Terrible.

Express delivery for what? I paid $5 extra for it to be delivered within a timeframe, did NOT happen. The tracking number doesn’t work, there’s no emails sent back from customer service.

Better luck at Gamesmen everyone.

Toys R Us have been amazing to deal with. I had an issue that was out of their control that they dealt with immediately and rectified the problem. They were super helpful from start to finish and I will absolutely be using them again moving forward. I highly recommend this company! They have amazing customer service and great prices on their items. They made the whole experience easy.

I ordered toys off of Toys R Us Express shipping my order never came. Australian post lost my order. Toys R Us was not at fault they did there part by shipping my items quickly and efficiently. When my package got lost although Toys R Us were not responsible they kindly shipped off another lot of toys with express shipping zero charge for a mistake they did not do.
Very grateful for the kindness and understanding of the company and will have a very happy three year old with his new toys.

Website was easy to order from. Unfortunately I missed my delivery and it went to the post office and was returned to sender. Staff member Gem at Toys r Us was extremely helpful in resending my order for delivery which was then received. My children were excited to open the box of crafting goods and are having hours of fun.

I ordered a large item which arrived quickly, however had a panel broken. The staff not only actioned it quickly, Gem was able to cc’ me into correspondence with the American factory and have a new part express shipped over. The service was incredible. So much better than if I had gone into a physical store. Cheers.

Very fast delivery ,great prices and great items

I had purchased some presents for my daughter’s upcoming birthday, silly me left it until the day before to build big toys. Once I started building a sandpit I noticed I was missing some pieces so without hesitation I jumped online and sent an email and was happily greeted by a worker named ‘Gem’ who went above and beyond providing exceptional customer service and helping fix the issue not only for me but for others as well.

My online order arrived with one of the items damaged. Gem from the customer service team got back to me within minutes of emailing them and organised a replacement to be sent out immediately. Customer service was excellent. Products otherwise were all as pictured online and good quality.

We had a missing piece in our order and the team at Toys R Us helped us with great care and kindness. Shipping and everything else was fast too. Will happily keep shipping with them.

I brought Disney’s Stitch Monopoly and it is fantastic. So cute 🥰 and Toys r us were the best price. They sent it so quickly. I love Toys R Us. Thanks so much 🙏🥰

My recent order included a damaged item. Riot Art promptly replaced the canvas, enabling me to continue with my new landscape series.

I will never buy anything from this mob of no hopers, no customer service at all. Took nearly a month to deliver, after many, many emails. Total rubbish they should be down

I paid for lots of goods and have not received them, nor my money. It has been years now. Be careful shopping there. Be very careful.

So disappointed as I used to shop in store when they had stores. Now it’s all done online, even communication for damaged items. I placed an order and was sent two monster trucks that had scratch’s and mark on them, and the person I communicated with via email had absolutely terrible service, no people skills, and was just rude and dismissive though emails. I had to go through fair trade as they stopped responding to my emails and even when I sent a complaint and asking for a manager to contact me via online request, I was ignored and no one got back to me either. They clearly thought I wouldn’t go through fair trade for what was promised to me. Because of this experience I will never ever be shopping with them again.
