If I could give 0 stars I would! Don't even go there, this company is clearly very dodgy. Ordered an item and paid very expensive express shipping and order still hasn't been sent. Customer service doesn't reply and no phone to contact. If you want to loose money and never receive an item, sure buy off this dodgy guys!

They promised good prices but honestly they do not deliver. Ordered a lego train set, but it never turned out. You can't speak to anyone or get any help either. Shocking.

Ordered a product last month and have yet to receive shipment advice. I have emailed 4 times to follow up and received no response. I tried calling their office number and it just rings endlessly and they do not pick up. What kind of a company treats their customers this way. I will never buy here again.

They put one of those small air bags in not even touching the box or keeping it from bumping around, my 2pack was marked and the sides were bulged, they basically included a small air bag in the package as a gift and the pop no protection whatsoever no bubble wrap no paper just a bare open box with a pop and a small air thingy.. won't be buying pops from yous anymore... go f* yourself

Ordered a plush toy for my niece a week ago for her 10th birthday. Opted for the express delivery as I want the present to arrive before her birthday. Upon checkout there was a notice that says details about the dispatch will be sent via email as soon as payment is made. I double-checked the payment details before proceeding to payment (as I don't want to make payment mistakes happening on my end) then paid my order directly to the bank account details provided by the website. AS OF THE WRITING OF THIS REVIEW, NO PAYMENT CONFIRMATION, NO DISPATCH DETAIL WAS RECEIVED. Tried many times to ring their customer service but no avail. Irate and disgusted, I sent multiple emails regarding my order just to get noticed but no response was sent.

UX suggestion:
There should be a "disgusted icon" option on this website to represent a customer's disappointment to brands or service because a "1 Star" review would still count as "good" experience.

Unfortunately, I need to hit a "1 star" option just to get this through. An experience I would not even consider as good!

I feel like something has happened to Toys r Us. I wish I had checked recent reviews, then I would have realised their customer support seems to have gone AWOL. Would give 0 stars if I could. I helped my mother purchase a $300 lego set on the Toys r Us website. We entered her card details and clicked to submit. The site then informed us we had to go through an authorisation process where they would deposit a cent or 2 twice into my mother’s credit card account (I had no idea 3rd parties could even make payments to your credit card, except for refunds) then check your internet banking, come back and verify the amounts deposited to complete the sale. Well my mother doesn’t have internet banking and the only way to contact Toys R Us is by email to cancel. I called and the number rings for 15 minutes then cuts you off, no recorded message, nothing. So I had to email them to cancel which took 2 days to get a response, despite the site claiming emails are closely monitored. Look, I get having an authorisation process, like netbank codes, but they TOOK THE FUNDS, without having been through their authorisation process. When you have to go through an authorisation process they usually don’t take the money or it’s pending, but the charges weren’t pending, they were withdrawn from the account and they said it will take 5 days to get them back. I know that merchants have to warn you refunds may take 5 business days, but I haven’t had a refund actually take 5 days for years, but here we are 5 days later and no refund. Now I have to send another email and wait. Why TAKE the funds if you have an authorisation process? Not having phone support when you have spent hundreds of dollars and are concerned about a purchase is unconscionable. Absolute disgrace. I am so upset this company has my mother’s credit card details.

Horrendous unprofessional lazy service. Paid for a scooter 4 weeks ago for my daughter’s Birthday. Still hasn’t been picked off the shelf at warehouse for dispatch. No phone service, utterly crap email service. I will NEVER shop with these incompetent cowboys again.

Wish I would have read these reviews first! Took 2 months for an order to be dispatched- no response to my follow ups, no apology, no nothing. Toys (which were a birthday present) showed up more than 3 months later. Not. Happy. Jan.

Purchased 2 products Tractor and Barbie set. Expected to wait couple of weeks due to postal delays fine! Item arrives only one item? No delivery slip, no communication, check order number online states order processed? Rang only number found on web numerous times, rings out no one answers ever! Sent three emails no one responds? NO customer service at all! Raised claim through paypal for refund! NEVER buy from TOYS R US again!! Shonky to say the least!!!

Wow....what appalling service, appalling support....ordered a couple of Pokemon Evolving Skies ($150) boxes back in Jul 2021, ETA late Sep. Here we are early Oct, no tracking number, no product update.....you call the support number 03 9005 1750 and no answer, ever, just rings out...I'm sitting here twiddling my thumbs, no product, no recourse, no support....I've just been taken for a ride! Look at the other comments - there is a trend and its not good...have they gone out of business?....no doubt they've taken the money and ran....off to the small claims court (ho hum) to try to salvage a refund.....disgusting company

I've been trying since and hour after my order was done on line to cancel it, as the product i thought was for a child NOT A DOLL, so i very quickly got back on to cancel, 8 emails later and 3 day's later im still emailing to make sure they cancel it,
You would think after so many emails on the same day 10mins after order was done then quickly cancelled someone who look at the Dam order and see i was cancelling it, you can't call them all the numbers are NOT CONNECTED you can only email, iam so incredibly upset and will go to the media if they send the product and then i will sue them in small claims court

I pre-ordered some pokemon cards several months ago, and had to pay in full. The release date was then delayed. Toysrus didn't bother telling anyone that, they just took the money and I had to do the research on my own.

Despite that, it is now 3 weeks past the new release date and still no info from Toys R Us. I sent in a ticket a week ago and of course no response.

Do not order from here. They will take your money and take months to get back to you if there is an issue

I had been told on time of purchase that my package is expected to be delivered on the 15/09 I have not had an apology from the company it is now the 23rd I have not received my package note an apology it is still waiting to be shipped absolutely ridiculous I paid for faster shipping also I purchased my product on the 8/9 another stupid thing after purchase they said that they will refund a small amount of money in to my bank to write back with the total once I received it it took a week to show in my bank and that they would not send the product until this is done company is appalling

Order placed 2 months ago. After 3 weeks got some blah, blah blah, about moving warehouse. Then 1 month later were contacted to say one item wasn't available and they would be refunding that. Over the last week got some responses about delays etc, excuses. Then advised that I wanted to cancel the order and was told the next day that sorry that couldn't be done as the order had just been dispatched. A tracking number was created by Startrack 30 mins before the e-mail was received and nothing has been dispatched yet so sounds like BS. Was flagged in previous e-mail when they offered order cancellation, that this couldn't be done if the order had been dispatched. So this seems like a commonly used tactic. Anyway have not yet received anything and don't expect that I ever will.

Ordered express shipping, which was considerably extra, and it still took 7 days for the order to arrive. Really hard to contact the company to get updates - phone number wasn't connected and emails went unanswered. On the plus side, at least it arrived.

Absolutely appalling!! Took 6 weeks for my nephews “in stock” present to arrive, several conversations with their so called Customer Support were fruitless, couldn’t give a reason to delay, in fact they ignored that question. Box arrived, clearly had already been opened. Instructions bag was torn open and there were no tools for assembly. Will NEVER buy from them again

I ordered bikes for my twins birthday. Order processed, and payment taken immediately. Website stated it would be dispatched in 2-3 days. 3 weeks pass, and no further info. I contacted the customer service email, as they don't have a connected phone number, and received a standard response advising they were having warehouse issues and "hopefully" it would be dispatched within the week. A week passes... nothing. Emailed Toys R Us for an update and received the exact same message as previously. I pushed for a different response and got a snarky email stating that they can't give me an ETA on shipping... not even what I was asking for... I wanted to know why they hadn't even dispatched it. I asked if they even have the items and, shockingly the reply was... silence. I have requested a refund which by other reviews I shouldn't expect to receive so have lodged a dispute with PayPal to ensure I get my money back.
