Avoid, no accountability and terrible customer service. I would give zero stars i i could
Ordered our daughters xmas gift on 5/12/23.
For some reason was sent to Perth to then be sent back to us in Melbourne, and then to arrive between 22/12 and 29/15 - unlikely i time for xmas.
When i queried this with TRU they refused any accountability, and then proceeded to decide to cancel the order so that we could 'purchase something else' in time for xmas without our consultation. Hopeless

Days before Christmas I email the company as a tracking number had not been given since my purchase of a toy. This order has been sitting with the company for a week with no communication on their end.
Upon my email regarding a tracking number Toys R Us realize they don’t have the item. they do offer a refund however I need to wait 5 days for the money to come through.
Due to our circumstances we can’t afford to purchase another toy whilst waiting for this refund. If I had not emailed them nothing would have been done.
Poor communication, no attention to detail, terrible organization and unreliable.

Deceptive description of products, girls bike was ordered in error for my son as gift. Apparently Toys R Us can’t exchange it, despite contacting them the day it was delivered.

The banking system at Toys r Us is not working. My 2 orders over 2 days were approved and I received emails to that effect. Within 24 hours both my orders were cancelled with a computer generated email saying they could not collect funds from my 2 different banks. My correspondence with my banks proved that both were kept in perfect condition and no reason for both those orders not to be shipped. They are having very big problems and being so close to Xmas is very concerning. Buying my $4000 toy order from another wholesaler.................

Ordered a Barbie dreamhouse for my 6 year old granddaughter! Thehouse came swiftly in the post, we had a great time putting it together in about 30 minutes to the absolute delight of wveryone! It was a perfect gift for a Barbie lover! Great proce as it was a two day special of $149!!! Great , efficient service! Wilk be shopping with Toys r is agsin

I placed an order from the UK to delivery to family in Australia and immediately regretted it - I emailed immediately, which wasn't answered, I emailed again - no answer and then after a third contact they emailed back to say it was already posted. I do not believe it couldn't be stopped infact I'd go so far as to say they purposely waited until they had posted it before they emailed me as the tracking details were sent at the same time. Careful ordering online - they don't respect that you have the right to cancel online orders. Yes it could be refused but I was trying to avoid extra work for the recipient. It could have been stopped but they made sure it wasn't

Terrible customer service, no response. Waited weeks and no delivery. Requested a refund and no response. Then, opened a PayPal case, and they sent the item (instead of refund). Appalling.

I would NOT recommend ToysRus at all. We bought my grandson presents online for his 2nd birthday with & to ensure delivery paid the additional approx $20 for express delivery (2-4 business days). Well over 2 weeks and nothing. We have emailed to only receive a response days later after following up saying that our order was placed during their warehouse move. There was no mention of this on their website at the time of the order nor any offer to refund the express delivery fee. As mentioned we are still awaiting the goods today the 2nd of Feb my grandsons birthday was 21st Jan & no confirmation when the goods will arrive. Important to mention they live in Sydney CBD so not rural.
Customer Service the poorest I’ve experienced from an online business in years. Last time we will buy from them.

I purchased this Pokemon box before Christmas! And I never even got to see the parcel 📦 I'm in a hyped up situation Tryna get my repayments back as I never even got to get what I wanted. Now it's dragging on and taking forever to have anything dealt with quick enough and I'm very mad honestly left me here now reviewing

Horrible customer service horrible online store hope it gets shut down

placed order 10 days ago. was meant to be a Christmas present. Credit card charged but no shipping information, no response to multiple emails and online requests. no phone number to call. This online store is like commercial black hole, simply sucks your money with nothing in return.

I would give them a zero if I could. Scammers! Just look at their reviews online - hundreds of us out of pocket! Orders being confirmed but then nothing. No shipping confirmation no nothing. Their phone numbers are all disconnected, you can't message them online and they don't reply to emails. They delete negative comments and have even blocked me from their Social Media accounts because I keep calling them out. Don't waste your time or money!!!

You sold me a fake item and it was not as described. The box was scratched, and the certificate of authenticity was fake also. This is not a certified item. You are not ToysRUs, and you are operating fraudulently acting as though you are ToysRUs connected to America. I have reported you and I hope your operation gets shut down immediately.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TOYS R US Not even worth 1 star… withholding refund money of nearly $400…email after email to try and get it back, it’s taken 3 weeks and still no money. DO NOT ORDER FROM TOYS R US… GO TO TOYWORLD,KMART,BIG W OR ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Great service and fast delivery. I would recommend Toys R us to family and friends.

Scam company - owned and operated by hobby warehouse. Only shipped 1 of 2 products to me which took over 2 weeks to be even posted. It completely ruined my son's birthday present. After getting irate with their support they threatened to not help me because of my attitude. I promptly requested a refund for the undelivered item. I received an email a week later that a refund was issued and that it would take 5 business days. Fast forward 1 month after realising they had not paid the refund into my account. I sent many emails saying I would complain to fair trading and contact my bank about their fraudulent transaction.

It's resulted in me purposefully spamming their email address daily using multiple email addresses to try and get my money back. I didn't hear anything for a full week. Today I received an email saying that to refund had been processed. Still awaiting confirmation from my bank.

This has without a doubt been my worst online shopping experience to date. If you value your money, customer service and your sanity. For the love of all that is good in this world do not purchase from this company. This is not the toysrus shop you remember as a child.

This would have to be the worse company I have ever felt with. Ordered a wiggles bike for my granddaughter in January and at 11th of Feb still haven’t received an email to say it’s in transit or no communication. This is so poor and starting to think it’s a fraudulent company and on the verge of contacting the federal police to investigate.
Stay away from this company

Don't order from Toys R US if something goes wrong there is no way of contacting them they don't respond to emails or respond to the message form they ask you to fill in. I ordered a toy for xmas in October still not arrived,

I placed an order 23rd November 2021 for my grandsons bday on the 2nd of December . Still no gifts arrived I’m so upset . Customer service very very poor I have requested that they re send the gifts or give me a refund so I can order from a reliable company . I’m wondering now if I have been scammed . It’s hard enough not been able to see my grandson for 2 years because of covid without Toys r us stealing hard earned cash . I’m so upset please stay clear of this company

Poor customer service. I placed an order on 29 November 2021. Have tried to contact multi times and ways. Have had one response with a ticket number for my contact. NOT good enough.
