I ordered a waist training belt two months ago! I only got one update that said it was on a plane in China.

I ordered 2 items from this website on April 4th. After a month of no email actually confirming my order, I decided to reach out and ask when my items will ship. Of course I got zero response. On May 28th my order was delivered and wasn’t even close to the items that originally ordered. There is no way to get a refund or exchange anything. Just another shady website peddling cheap Chinese made crap.

I was looking for something less expensive on google and can across a company called the trendy consumer which fits my budget at the time .I purchase the new gaming desktop on may 14,2020 and never gotten a response back from the seller.I tried emailing the company and it can came back undelivered which means the email isn’t available no longer.No contact on website which means I been scram out of my hard earned money.
Dose anyone know how can I file complaint to the better business bureau?

I had order waist training belt in May, 7,2020 for $ 22.89. On May 10th I received an email saying my order is on its way. But since than nothing. I have not heard anything about my order. This is sucks. That’s why it’s always good to check reviews first before ordering from any where. I’m still waiting for it. I don’t think I would shop from here again.

Trendy Select are scammers. Ordered and paid for LED light up basketball ring for my son in November 2019. Told it would be delivered within three weeks (Christmas). Never turned up, no credit, no follow up, link to online store doesn’t work. Advertised on Facebook. Avoid these scammers like Covid19!!!!

I ordered a dog toy from this outfit on Feb. 14, 2020. I tried 3 times to cancel my order over a period of 2 MONTHS. I filed a complaint with PayPal, who in Feb. 2020 billed me $19.84. ON MAY 1ST I RECEIVED A CHILD'S ARCHITECTURAL PUZZLE, NOT A TOY FOR MY DOG!! I EMAILED THIS COMPANY ABOUT THIS AND DEMANDED A REFUND. NOW, ALL OF A SUDDEN THIS SCAM COMPANY RESPONDS TO MY PAYPAL DISPUTE, TELLING ME AS SOON AS I RETURN TO AN ADDRESS IN CANADA, THEY WILL REFUND ME. THEY EXPECT ME O PAY FOR THIS RETURN ON MY DIME!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

Ordered an item for $50. They claimed it would arrive in 5-7 days. After a month and 3 emails (all unanswered), I believe I may have been scammed.

Im ready to join the lawsuit when it comes together. Trendy supply will take youe money, mark the item as shipped with no tracking number and can not be contacted through email or by phone. Trendy Supply is a complete SCAM!

I finally received the spider man costume that I purchased a few weeks ago and it is not at all as advertised in their promo video from Facebook. Terrible experience. I feel like I have been scammed.

I’ve ordered two of their items of my niece with my late brother who just passed away unexpectedly this last October. I placed the order on April 2nd and not only have I received nothing but til this day they have not responded to me on any of the multiple times I’ve reached out (I’ve also included a screenshot of the confirmation with the order number). I do feel silly for still hoping to have them fix this instead of refunding my money.

Such a great scam from this company. One month delivery when 24 hour promised. Returned products w/o refund denied from company to state that I had received the dog collars. Did receive on 4-15-19 and took to post office to return. STRIPE billed this from me and also declined refund! Beware of them also! STRIPE at 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103 - only list fax, not brave enough to list phone number. Trendymonk/Lilyvera both scams. Was told by my bank to direct any further correspondence directly to CHG Media LLC. All the same company apparently

I made an order with Trendy products, and unfortunately this company has gone into liquidation, I did phoned the delivery company even to get the supplier contact details in Spain and phoned them, even I offered to pay extra money just to get my order to be delivered, but they are not dealing with individual and they own the company money so they will not send my order.
Finally I did a lot of searching online on how to get me refund, and because I paid by debit card, I can claim a charge back from my bank, and if you paid by credit card there is section 75.
I hope that will help you claim your money back.

Ordered in November with a 6 week lead time. So I go to phone for an update today; and find they have been wound up.

It looks like others were given the same lead time from their Italian manufacturer. Trendy were still advertising on social media channels just last week!!

Fuming, all money which I could have had over xmas for my family. So everyone loses out. I’ll be taking this further and I’m in the right frame of mind to go to Cardiff for some answers and a refund in the morning

Placed an order on 18 Nov 18 with a 6 week delivery...........I now find they have gone into liquidation

Called just last week to be told LIE AFTER LIE

DISHONEST, DISGUSTING AND DOWNRIGHT DESPICABLE to take peoples money knowing you are never going to supply the goods they paid for with THEIR HONEST HARD EARNED MONEY.

SHAME ON YOU ALL

Note: we paid via Paypal and have opened a case with them...good luck to everyone who has been fleeced by this dreadful company

As of today, they have gone into administration as per the notice on their website:

"All enquiries concerning Trendy Products Limited should be directed to Hawkins Insolvency Limited on 01656 661426 quoting "Trendy"

Calls will be answered 12pm - 3pm

Unacceptable poor service! Eventually received a sideboard after ordering in May last year from Trendy Products with 2 parts missing so had to wait ages until they were delivered. Then after unpacking the sideboard top we found that it was damaged so ordered another one that arrived damaged then the third sideboard top arrived damaged! We were told by customer services to dispose of the damaged tops ourselves so we made 3 visits to the tip! Had to take days off from work for the deliveries and one of the days they did not arrive! Endless time consuming emails and phone calls to customer services who very rarely respond. Requested to speak to a manager but was not given a name or contact number. We have been requesting a full refund for months so that we can buy a new sideboard from another company and Trendy Products have not obliged

Apparently Trendy Products is going into liquidation! I have spoken to an insolvency company and they adivsed the company is doing really bad. I have ordered a sideboard from Trendy Products and I have not received my good and i dont even know if im going to get my money back as per the insolvency company. I am so frustrated this company has taken my money away and i want to escalate this. They have done a runner and expct people to be silent. Im going to do what I can report these criminals. Please do not buy anything from them!

Same story for us. Delivery of new furniture due today since order on 19th Nov 2018. Informed by the delivery agent that the manufacturer has told them NOT to deliver any more product to customer as the manufacturer / supplier has not been paid by Trendy. Assume they have done a runner with our money & our goods are held by the delivery agent who also doesn't know what has happened or what the future holds for our delivery. Thanks Trendy for taking peoples honest hard earned money and not providing the goods. Familiar story which will harm the on-line businesses in the future as people become more risk averse to this type of business.

Ordered two bedside tables on the 25th November, was told by customer services that it would take 6-8 weeks for deliver we are nearly 9 weeks from order date and still no sign of bedside tables! Managed to get through last weeks to try and obtain an update but very reluctant to give me one! Told to call back this week But Also having the same problem as others cannot access website and customer service number goes through to leave a message! Not impressed with overall service from day of ordering!

Anyone knows whats happening and why they are not answering the calls ? I still have one item to be delivered and sideboard came in different color.
