Escribo una reseña de un Hotel me ha tratado fatal.
En esencia reservé las habitaciones a un precio y el dueño del hotel después pretendía cobrar el doble o que cancelara yo mi reserva sin devolverme el depósito de 2 noches.
En fin...me negué y me acabó insultando.
Llamé a la Agencia con la que contraté y le llamaron para mediar. Acabaron ellos mismos a las malas (o eso me dijo la operadora porque al siguiente operador llamé no le costaba el registro) pero como es lógico tampoco quieren perder su comisión. Así que que si cancelaba la reserva perdía el importe de 2 noches si o si. A ver qué yo no es que no quiera ir, lo que pasa es que este hombre pretende cobrar el doble y o pago el doble o me largo y pago dos noches sin dormir ahí. Y si voy me va a hacer la estancia imposible y a saber cómo acaba de mal la cosa una vez allí. Kafkiano. Lo típico lees en internet y no te lo crees...hasta que te pasa.
Lo cuento en Tripadvisor y me dicen que no cumplo las directivas de su comunidad que edite sin especificar qué.
Te lees las directivas esas y te preguntas que apartado no cumples y edito varias veces. En intervalo exacto de 120 minutos me llegan los email de Tripadvisor pidiéndome revise mi reseña que si no no la pueden publicar por ser contraria a sus directivas. Vamos que no se las leen, es una máquina filtra automáticamente las reseñas.
La monda estas empresas viven todas del turismo se tapan unas a otras. O dices que el hotel era fantástico o terminan no publicando una reseña negativa por incumplir sus directrices. Primero te preguntas si solo he sido yo quien ha tenido una mala experiencia que puede ser al fin y al cabo. Pero visto lo visto entiendo haya tantas reseñas con una puntuación alta haciendo luego unos comentarios sorprenden del estilo "tuvimos que llamar al fontanero y no arregló la tubería" o de "estuvimos sin luz y sin poder dormir toda la noche por la luz de emergencia que se encendió" o similares que te choca que a pesar de eso el Hotel les parezca fantástico. Ahora lo entiendo porque si te quejas poniendo un punto solo te hacen la vida completamente imposible hasta que desistes de publicar la reseña y solo quedan las "buenas" reseñas en su página.
Resultado: Sin dinero y pagando esos mismos días otro Hotel y el personaje este haciendo el agosto. Vamos vendo habitaciones baratas, luego te pido el doble y como termina haciéndote la vida imposible te quedas sin la reserva si cancelas porque para pasarlo mal en vacaciones pues o te quedas en casa o te buscas otro sitio, que es lo que al final hice yo y sin poder quejarte. Vamos que el sistema de puntuaciones tienen no vale para nada.

Can you imagine getting to a Carribean Island and finding out the hotel reservation made through trip advisor does not exist. The hotel claims they told Trip Advisor they could not honor the reservation, but trip advisor never told me. What a screw up. My advice is to make all reservations directly with the hotel. Never join Trip Advisor Plus--a worthless $100

they take down honest reviews if it upsets their big business buddies as i entered this ..............

Having signed up to the meerkat meal deal they refuse to honour their commitment and say they no longer participate. AVOID THE RESTAURANT if you are using the meerkat meal deal app as they have not yet been removed

As a manager of a property can delete any review for what ever reason,so anything anyone puts down bad against property deleted then all good,corrupt

A giugno ho contattato la ditta zeta infissi di bonarcado per la sostituzione di due vetrate, pattuendo la consegna entro luglio,cosa che nonostante i continui solleciti è stata disattesa,a metà settembre dopo aver ventilato il ricorso ad un avvocato e il recesso del contratto ,mi è stato ultimato il lavoro, a fine novembre mi accorgo che da una vetrata entrano spifferi,li contatto per risolvere il problema ,promettono di intervenire per risolvere il problema,nonostante i solleciti non si fanno vedere, a fine gennaio si stacca una placca e l anta non riesco più a chiuderla ,li richiamo ma nonostante i continui solleciti ad oggi ho una vetrata da cui entrano spifferi e non chiude

Could not add a golf bag to my flight booking or add my middle name to the booking once made.
Had to call the airline directly and had no issues making the changes myself.

Wont accept real reviews if negative but has a huge amount of fake postive ones on.
Totally useless review site.
Cannot trust the ratings of anything.

I had the best experience at Staybridge suite on Olentangy river rd. Columbus, OH on January 29, 2022, Millie was so wonderful she made sure I had everything I needed she is amazing i am so happy she works here she definitely care for the guest I will definitely be returning.

I booked and paid for a trip to an Aqua park in Fueteventura for myself and family. We booked and paid for it through Trip Advisot website. When we arrived on the day, it was closed and has been for over a year. I would like a refund. I emailed trip advisor weeks again but haven’t had any response. My boys were so gutted, they had been looking forward to the Aqua Park all week!

Trip advisor could care less about real reviews. I lost $680 to Rocky Mountaineer along with several other people who together lost almost a $million. I tried to express my true outrage at this company yet I had to rewrite my Review 9 times and water it down just so they would publish it. Many of the others who lost money also tried to publish their experiences with Rocky Mountaineer and Trip Advisor rejected the reviews or made us re-write them. I am familiar with Trip Advisors policies on reviews and I for 1 did not cross the line but Trip Advisor never tells you what the problem was with the Review. It’s obvious Trip Advisor is beholden to hotels, Restaurants, Tour Operators etc but plays this game that we the public are important. Don’t be fooled. Trip Advisor could care less about the traveling public as long as they are making money from bookings. I have almost 300 reviews and a couple hundred helpful votes but will never again post reviews on Trip Advisor.

This company engages in not just key word stuffing Google's results for anything but deliberately edits or deletes negative reviews for restaurants. I seriously urge travelers to avoid these con-artists.

Trip advisor are useless nowadays. Travelled to a so called “Travellers Choice” restaurant. What I found was a scruffy cafe with broken signage which I wouldn’t even have gone in to. Are they interested? No. Clearly false reviews posted resulting in a wasted journey. I won’t be doing any more reviews.

Et dejligt weekend ophold på et meget afslappet badehotel med charme, hygge og atmosfære. Fantastisk modtagelse af venligt personale, der forstod at kræse om gæsterne med fin forplejning og nærvær.

Alt kørte helt efter planen. Maden var fantastisk, meget velsmagende og en fryd for øjnene og ganen. Personalet var gode til at tage forbehold for allergener. Dejlig og hyggelig stemning både i restaurant og tilstødende stue.

Værelserne var rene, indbydende og med dejlig terrasse i skønne omgivelser.
Helt sikkert et sted vi ønsker at besøge igen.

They continue to offer the normal subpar service. I have been a so-called Destination Expert for many years with over 50,000 forum posts, yet they totally ignore my questions and input.
I find many of their reviews and posts highly suspect since anyone can post a review of any hotel, restaurant, etc., With nothing to prove that they have actually experienced the service. So really useless reviews, often posted by those with a hidden agenda.

This site does not contain real reviews from customers since their censorship favors their partner hotels or restaurants. I have been greatly deceived by trip advisor in the last 2 years where I felt duped by their recommendations.

Trip Advisor gives businesses the opportunity to list, which I am appreciative of. But that's about it.

When you need help changing the name of your business you have to remove and then add the new name. This causes you to loose your status and algorythmic success. I had some questions to ask them concerning my fears as a business owner. They give you this number to call (781) 800-5000 but it is just a recording sending you to a never ending website of hours of searching for help at their designated site instead of getting the task expediated as they say in their recording. Also, you are sent to a 3rd party platform to write what's wrong called, "pissedconsumer" which I find derogatory and shows that they are already labeling me as a problem instead of just helping me. Unlike tourist platforms like airbnb, vrbo and business platforms like wix.com, which have excellent customer service and don't punish you for having important questions and frustration for already spending hours trying to resolve the issue, Trip Advisor has showed us how they really feel about working with those of us who are enriching the lives of millions.

Un sito che non chiede il permesso di inserire una struttura e che ti vieta di cancellarti da esso, un sito che NON controlla le recensioni se siano veritiere e che raccoglie solo gente che recensisce malamente per appagare la loro frustrazione. Ovviamente quelle positive non le si lasciano. Dovrebbe essere illegale tutto questo. Non giova più a nessuno se non al loro portafoglio.

I would have given them zero if possible. I have 2 properties advertised on their website. With the pandemic renting them out has been dire for 2 seasons. I was communicating with someone who wanted to book for 15 nights. In the meantime another enquirer wanted to book instantly. I am disabled and my hands shake so I inadvertently accepted the second booking for only 7 nights. Both bookings were on their site but the 7 night was consumed by the longer booking. To cancel the smaller booking they charge me £120 which is not negotiable. There seems to be no latitude when you make an honest mistake and you have to phone the USA to speak to someone.

I find Trip Advisor excellent, and my “go to” site for reviews. I have written nearly 500 reviews over 10 years. However, it is impossible to contact them if there is something wrong with a listing. It should be so easy to allow a member to just email in to suggest an amendment.

My friend & I had a very enjoyable meal cooked to perfection. It was a burger meal that was excellent. Service was very good too. Highly recommend
