Within 30 minutes of completing the questionnaire, I had homes contacting me to offer their services. This was so much more efficient than me ringing around.

This is a fantastic organisation and have been so helpful and supportive. I was getting no advice or support in finding a care home for my father from social services or the hospital he had been in. I do not know what I would have done if I had not called them. In 24 hours they found a range of care homes which had available places and in boroughs that my sister and I could travel to. They even chased up getting the care home with some things. Lovely staff who were extremely helpful and always a phone call away for more advice.

Excellent service! I rang in a bit of a panic, as my Mum was in need of urgent respite care. I got through to Ruby Higgins, who was very calm, friendly and professional. She explained how she could help me and then took down all the details of my Mum's situation. She was extremely sympathetic and understanding and I never felt rushed.
It was quite near the end of the day on Thursday when I rang her, but she said that she would get the search details sent off that day and should have some information for me the next day. She explained that she would send me an email detailing the care homes that might be able to help with contact details for them, although I would probably find that the homes would contact me, once they had been alerted to our need.
I received an email from Ruby early the following day, and was almost immediately contacted by one of the homes. Although all the homes made contact, we were so impressed with the first one that this was the one that we ended up choosing and Mum was admitted for respite care on the following Monday. The care home is lovely.
I received another 2 emails from Trusted Care, on Friday and Saturday, giving advice on what questions to ask prospective care homes and explaining the costs - both of which were very useful.
Ruby then rang me on Monday to see how we had got on and whether there was anything else that she could do to help. Again, she was very kind, friendly and helpful. She followed up the phone call with an email, confirming what we had discussed.
I was not aware that there were companies that performed this service, but my family and I were incredibly pleased that we found Trusted Care and were dealt with by Ruby in such a lovely manner. What great customer service! Thank you!
