After being a loyal customer for over 7 years, I recently made the decision to cancel my account due to an unsettling discovery. I was shocked to find out that another service had been added to my direct debit without my permission or prior request. Upon contacting customer service, I received an email stating that this additional service had been included six months ago as an opt-out feature.

Expressing my concern about why such a service was added without my consent, I received a curt response essentially dismissing my query, stating that opting out was my responsibility and that their decision was final. It's disheartening to encounter such practices from a company that should prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction.

It's important for others to be aware that this company may arbitrarily add items to your monthly direct debit without notification or consent, leaving you to rectify the situation on your own. I've taken the necessary steps to report this incident to my bank under the direct debit scheme. This experience highlights the need for better consumer protections and accountability within the industry.

I can confirm that the dark web monitor has been removed from your account.

As we never received a response to our email on 16th May to opt out of the Dark Web service the service remained live on your account and I am unable to raise a refund for you.

I understand that this may not be the resolution you had hoped for but it is TTNC's final stance on the matter.

My elderly mother recently moved house and the one thing she really wanted was to keep her landline number so all friends could easily keep in touch.
BT said "Yes, absolutely". Fast forward 3 months and we were still waiting for her old number to be connected. Pretty much every 10 days BT would email saying 'Good news, your number will be connected in the next 10 days'. After numerous calls complaining I was sent a text from BT saying I had to call Callagenix. No explanation as to who Callagenix were or why I needed to call them.
I made the call and fortunately I was connected to Amy Riley. Well light bulb moment. She was sympathetic and knowledgeable. In 15 minutes she did more than BT had done in 3 months. She was honest from the start which was refreshing and didn't promise the earth unlike BT. Unfortunately my mum still cannot have her old number, its a very complicated tale. BT are extremely poor when dealing with customers, their knowledge is questionable and promise things they can't deliver. Amy however is professional and a credit to your organisation.

It's early days but using TTNC for my office's on-call function is now a lot simpler and more manageable than our previous pager based system (and a lot cheaper). The team like it too- it's a fairly intuitive dashboard with a lot of useful features that I'm still finding.

Amy was very helpful and efficient even though i placed the order late during the Christmas period she still managed to squeeze me in and provide a great service.

My customer services rep Amy, was great. She gave me the options to resolve an issue that had occurred on my account and then took onboard my thoughts and she gave me the highest possible solution

TTNC have been great and very responsive. As a small charity, Comms is vital to everything we do. TTNC offer service that really is a core part of everyday life for the organisation and anyone connecting to it. The best part is it is seamless and you don't even know it's there. We are a long-time customer of TTNC and had been very happy with the service.

We had a shock when looking at recent bills - a new "Free Service" called Dark Web Monitor had been added to our account automatically and we were then charged £19.98 per month to continue unless we cancelled it. As this was a regular payment we had been making for years it took us a few months to spot this. I can see from other reviews that other customers experienced the same issue.

Our original call to customer service was unsatisfactory - we were advised that we had been sent an email and we should have read the email, scrolled to the bottom of the email, and then we would have seen that we needed to cancel - none of this was reasonable in our opinion. We were able to cancel the service but I wanted the over-charge for the previous 4 months refunding. We spoke with Amy who understood our issue, escalated this issue to management, and we have had our Call Credit refunded for the full amount.

It does appear that TTNC having made an error of judgement, has responded and reacted in the way I would have expected a professional company to do and I am happy with the outcome.

Amy was friendly, took time to understand my issue and asked the right questions so she could properly feedback into TTNC to hopefully prevent reoccurrence of such incidents.

Overall the services provided by TTNC are excellent and I am pleased to see that they Customer Service has been restored to the good levels I've come to expect. I would recommend TTNC.

Very helpful team. Total newcomer to this but, Amy one of the team rang me as she saw i was having issues setting up. Great service even before I started.

Fantastic service; we have been using this company for the past 5 years and have always had great support when needed and calls from them to ensure everything is set up correctly and we are only paying for the actual services we need.

The service was very reasonable, but sometimes gettring through was a problem,but they got there in the end
