Scam call pretending to be from the…
Scam call from 020 3151 0281 that your numbder pretending to be from the housing repair team or something like that. Stop trying to get any information out of me so you can scam. Or use me for identity theft. to try and gain money via loan or other means using my name and details. Why in hell do you need to know how long I have lived at my address for other than to "Take out loans, morgages or other financial gains" Stop calling scammers..

I am not about to give you my personal details again. You already have them on your system. Nice try.
I am not going to give you my email, full name and etc etc as this is not giving you a better understanding but giving you access to personal details which.. As a scammer you would want.
Just google your own number and see how many people are waking up to the scam calls you been making. If you where legit there would not be that many if any at all. No smoke with out a fire.
Getting review removed does not change the nature of your practises.
Date of the call Friday the 17th of May. Time 16:32
If i could add a screen shot of that phone call I would. And if I had recorded the conversation I would also add that. Here or every one to see and hear. But I can't and I am not about to hand over detials to a company the raised the red flag of scammers when they called.

Apologies that you've been a recipient of a call from someone that you suspect is a scam.
Simply put, this number is one of thousands of telephone numbers that we are the rangeholders for and this number is one of those available for purchase on our website.
I have investigated this and can confirm this number is still available for sale and has not ever been used by TTNC or one of our thousands of customers within the UK. If you suspect you have been a victim of a scam, please seek advice from OFCOM or your local constabulary. I give you every assurance that TTNC has not ever called you and asked you for any information or ever purported to be a housing repair company as you claimed.

TTNC have provided excellent support to…
TTNC have provided excellent support to us as a small homelessness charity. From the initial set-up to being able to use the system as an on-call service. This has enabled our volunteers, running our emergency winter beds, to reach experienced staff for advice whenever it's needed.

A New Experience
As an old person, I was initially frustrated at the difficulty in speaking to a human. However, I used the online chat feature and communicated with Katie, who managed to sort everything out extremely efficiently.
All resolved in about 20 minutes.

Good Neighbour Scheme support line
The Suckley Good Neighbour Scheme has used a TTNC number (that resembles our local numbers) since 2012. Volunteers take turns to transfer the number between themselves. TTNC has always been supportive when volunteers have needed help, and helpfully subsidised our longer Covid-time support telephone calls.
