Did wheel bearings on a E60 BMW Xdrive i just got... Would have forgot to get new lock nuts and lock rings... Turner Had all the parts I needed... Plus good German F.A.G. bearings... I have bought from them before... and Will be back for More! Jaron

I needed front and rear shocks for my 2003 Mazda B4000. Turner represents Bilstein. Turner had the rears but not the front. I ordered what Turner had. I ordered the fronts from Tire Rack (of all places). Got the fronts from Tirerack in four days. Got the rears from Turner in a little more than two weeks. Seems they bounced around from one warehouse to another. The people I spoke w/ at Turner weren't particularly helpful or apologetic. I guess they are good w/ BMW but don't sell me something if you can't do it properly.

I've been purchasing from TMS for nearly 20 years. Thousands of dollars later, I've never had a bad experience. I've ordered in-stock items, back-ordered items, in-house produced items, big items, small items, expensive and cheap, etc... Communication, delivery dates, packaging, and products have always been exactly as advertised and great.

There was a slight noticeable change when ECS Tuning took over their retail business and fulfillment, but I continue to have a great experience. The only partial negative is that some reps do not have the technical expertise that I think they should, but that's typical sales.

Great customer service. Received a part that did not quite fit right( no fault of turner) they accepted the return and over nighted new parts

Order experience was fine. However, delivery is slow and packaging is inferior. My last order was for two front rotors and brake pads. I know for a fact that BMW nicely packs each rotor individually, and wrapped. However, the ones I got, no joke, were loosely packed and the only thing separating the two rotors from each other was a pc of crunched brown paper. These rotors were not standard, but were the riveted aluminum hat style. When they arrived, as expected, the aluminum hats were damaged with deep grooves. To the credit of their customer service, they did overnight me two more. The replacements were also shipped without proper BMW packaging but were better protected.

The brake pads, which were shipped separately, were just thrown in a larger box with one small air pack which had busted at some point in transit. Due to this, the pads had come out of the original BMW packaging and loosely flying around in the box.

They do have good prices, but if you need reliable shipment and packaging of your parts, you might want to look elsewhere. A few extra bucks would have been well worth the extra time I spent having to deal with this.

I have placed two orders in the past year with not that great experience either time.
Placed order for Supersprint exhaust last November and did not receive till April. First one came in March, but someone mysteriously stole it out of there warehouse before it got shipped out to me. So they had to order another one from Italy and finally got it in April. Car was totalled in May before I could even get the exhaust on :(
Just recently ordered some Lux LED Angel Eye bulbs and I ordered over the phone because I wanted to ask some questions before ordering and they charged me twice as much for shipping compared to if I would have ordered online.
I really want to like these guys, they sell really great products, however I am less than impressed with my experiences. I will probably be looking elsewhere in the future, sad to say.

I had a very poor experience. Placed several big orders at various vendors for a rebuild in which I needed everything in a one week time period.

Facts:
Turner was the first order placed, slowest to ship, last to arrive.
I was not kept appraised of arrival by TMS or their shipping partner
I was not given a realistic shipment time for.my packages, it all literally arrived after I finished the rebuild and most still hasnt gone on the car.
I contacted the vendor 7 days after my order was placed and the young man who answered was discourteous.

I will not order from Turner Motorsport again unless I have no other option (say trhan ECS who is also terrible with order shipping).

The online customer service rep was very helpful in identifying the right part for my car.

My parts (a shock mount kit) arrived early, and when I had a question customer service helped me figure out what I was missing (turned out it was a part that was already on the car). Would recommend!

If you own an older import ( for example BigMoneyWaster ) There is no place else to get replacement parts for 500% less than the stealer network and in many cases made by the same manufacturers . Delivery is lightning fast and has on occasion arrived before promise date . Turner now has a new long term customer .
