Item did not work and was opened and missing parts.

I have 2 x BMW E28 M535i to look after in Australia and recently found Turner Motorsport online. I have found them amazingly helpful, well priced and they managed to deliver new suspension and a UUC short shift kit that I paid for on the Friday, delivered to my door in Australia on the Monday afternoon!
Would recommend to anyone with a BMW looking to enhance it or keep some of the older models on the road

I buy all my parts for all the (5) BMW's I have had Since 2006. I buy all my maintenance parts needs, but I have also purchased all my performance parts for my modified 335i coupe. They have the best prices by far (I have looked everywhere), especially for maintenance parts. I never go to the dealer unless I have too. Another great thing about using Turner for all your BMW needs is the delivery service. I order on a Monday, the UPS box is sitting at my doorstep by Wednesday. I have experienced this great, fast service every time for more than a decade now. OH, and another thing, if you have any questions, any questions, just call. These guys know their stuff. What works and what doesn't. How to if you don't know, etc. If you work on your own BMW you need to know Turner, period.

What I like about Turner is they are racers and they make their living racing. It's a bonus for all of us that they sell BMW parts and equipment too. I've met Will Turner and he is a friendly and considerate BMW enthusiast, true to his roots. His company staff seem to take their cues from him on how to treat others, from what I've seen and experienced. If I do business with Turner, I know that I'm dealing with true experts who race on Sunday and sell on Monday. It's hard to go wrong with a formula like that. Recently I ordered some wrong parts from Turner - it was my mistake, not theirs. They couldn't have been more gracious about letting me return my purchase for full credit. I plan on keeping Turner at the top of my list whenever I need anything for my BMW.
