Car was repaired quickiy and by professional staff.

Brought my KIA to T W White & Sons in Byfleet on a number of occasions.
These guys are professional, courteous, and they just get the job done to a high standard. Be it a service or repairs.
They put main dealerships like KIA GWR and Shelly Motors to shame.
I've left this review a little late because I was expecting to be asked to leave a review, but apparently they don’t ask.
I just felt compelled to let you guys know I appreciate the work you’ve done.

As always a very professional experience with TW White. I've used TW White every year since 2014 and would not consider anyone else for my Mazda service/MOT.

Relationship stretches 7/8 years , the expected levels of service and product offer has not diminished during this time. I took the opportunity to visit competitor showrooms for quotations to compare. Mazda not the cheapest, however confidence that they would continue to offer a high level of care overshadowed a cheaper option. Sales Consultant showed a real sense of wanting to please without giving a hard sale experience.

Yeah, so I bought a second-hand Toyota Aygo from them. The guy I spoke to on the phone, Mark, was really nice and helpful. I asked for a video of the car inside and out, and they added me on WhatsApp and sent me a comprehensive video.

Because I live quite far away, I asked them to deliver the car to my place. The guy who delivered it was nice and friendly too.

The whole experience was really good and professional, and the car was exactly as described. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Friendly with fantastic advice. Was able to take out 3 cars for a test drive on one visit. We were given a curtesy car when our newly purchased car went in for its checks. Nothing was too much trouble for Geoff and his colleagues, whether we were phoning for advice or wanting to test drive a car. They were all patient and very knowledgeable about the Suzuki brand and each model of car. Was a truly personal experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them if anyone is looking for a Suzuki

I am always made welcome. The staff are always polite and efficient.
This time I needed a courtesy car which was ready for me. A very good explanation was given and the satnav was set up. The only omission was where the petrol cap cover release lever was located. It was black and blended in with the black carpet!!
But I managed to find it.
My own car was ready in good time and was beautifully clean.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and patient. They made the purchasing experience very ease and were not pressurising at all. I would certainly return to them if I was going to buy another car.

Excellent service from the TW White team. Great communication throughout my CX-5 service from Harry. Master technician was excellent & my car drives like a new car. Highly recommend.

Very good service and advice and no pressurised selling

On time and helpful

So impressed. To avoid a cyclist I hit a post and took off my door mirror. Rob managed to sort out a temporary fix so that I actually had a mirror and ordered the parts needed. It’s now fixed and I was lucky as the camera didn’t need replacing, saved me £500+. Honest and genuine customer service

Very easy to book. Staff are welcoming and professional. A clear explanation of the courtesy car and its differences from mine. The car was cleaned when I collected it. Have used TW White since 2018 and very happy with them.

Reliable efficient service

Always friendly, super helpful and efficient. I live 40 miles from Orpington but continue to bring my MX5 back here for service!

This is the third new Mazda that I have bought from Whites. Always great service, friendly sales team and no hard sell. The team are knowledgeable about the cars they sell and are very helpful. Great customer service.
