Great service

The staff at T W White & Sons, Orpington always deliver exceptional customer service.
They are very helpful and will go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy.
My car is serviced each year and I trust their mechanics implicitly and I would not leave my car in anyone else's hands.

I purchased a used Lexus from TW Whites back in April and have been delighted with it. Jake was extremely helpful and the transaction went very smoothly.

I have been their costumer for years. And every time I contact them or bring car for service, staff are kind and helpful. This time they went even extra mile to sort out an issue that I was having with my radio. Very much recommend this branch in Bookham.

We purchased used Mazda from T W White& Sons, and we were so positively surprised by the customer service we received. Aaron went above and beyond explaining the whole process of buying& selling ( as we did part exchange), the car was super clean, he went with us to a petrol station, showing us on the way what's what in the car, organised for us Road tax and even 5 day insurance. The process of buying a new car can feel somewhat overwhelming but, thanks to the brilliant customer service received from Christian at the Bookham branch, it was made seamless and stress free. He listened to my requirements, wasn’t at all pushy and delivered the car in brilliant condition.

I take my Mazda to T W White & Sons every year for the annual service. I've always been very pleased with this company and the service provided and will continue to do so in the future!

Very helpful advice and professional diagnostics

I purchased a Mazda CX-30 from TW White & Sons Orpington. I worked with Stuart Tickner and his colleagues throughout the process. I think they did a really good job. I knew what car I wanted and contacted dealerships up and down the country, and, honestly, it felt like Stuart and his colleagues were the only people interested in making a sale. Most dealerships didn't bother contacting me back, but I was supported throughout the process here, and was happy to make a purchase through this dealership.

I was offered the usual addons you would expect from a dealership in 2026, e.g. GAP insurance, ceramic coating, but I never felt like I'd been pressured into it.

The finance offer was very good and I was supported throughout, even after changing the spec I was going for. I got good advice about what to do with my previous car in terms of trade ins, etc, too. I really couldn't ask for more and I'll likely bring my car back here for service if it's not too much hassle.

The only odd part is that my car didn't come with floor mats and no arrangement was made to get them to me at a later date. Feels like an oversight rather than malice or a failure to provide a service though, and I've not chased it.

This is the 2nd Suzuki we’ve bought from this dealership. Previous one was 6 years ago but one of the salesmen remembered us! This time we were supported by Geoff who was, friendly, knowledgeable, impartial, informative & everything positive. I highly recommend T.W. White, they are different to any other we’ve dealt with over many years & we travel for 1.5 hours to go there! There is absolutely no pressure to buy & questions are answered honestly. We agreed on a vehicle & during the period we waited they noted a slight damage & ensured it was fixed. However, meanwhile, another vehicle came in that we were interested in. Geoff, had both vehicles ready to drive away so that we could choose when we got there. Although one was considerably more expensive Geoff did not encourage us to buy that one. He just pointed out the pros & cons of both! We bought the more expensive one. We will always stick with Suzuki & will only use T.W. White.

Dealt over the phone with a well discounted new car. The advisor was straight, didn’t force any extras on me and gave a competitive part ex price. They also fitted a Mazda towbar with caravan electrics inc the live feed for fridge and leisure battery charging at a very competitive cost. First face to face contact was on delivery day no issues at all they took my part ex at agreed value, no arguments and after handover I was on my way inside an hour. Car was well prepared and everything worked. Very impressed.
