The apartment is amazing for its value, the staff are super helpful and welcoming, had absolutely no issues whatsoever and all the questions were solved quickly!

I have been living at UNCLE for almost two years now. I moved in after I needed to find a place within a few weeks and had no idea what to expect, but it has more than exceeded my expectations.

UNCLE Stockwell is in a great location not far from the station, walking distance from Clapham, Brixton and the Power Station. The gym and common areas are great and there are several social events every year to get to know other residents. I have made genuine friends since living here.

Most of all the staff and everyone working here is so helpful and kind - it truly makes a difference being able to stop off for a quick chat on my way somewhere or as I get home from work. Would highly recommend UNCLE to anyone looking for a place in London!

As I am getting ready for my Uncle.Leads experience I have been touched by the level of warmth, competency and patience by all team members involved.. The reception team is always super inviting but the Lettings Tm is on another level.. their patience with me was beyond extraordinary.. I also just love the place.. I'm hoping.to be very happy there 🤞

Hey I'm writing to shout out Ahad and Harry. Both guys were very helpful in setting up my tenancy and making sure that everything got sorted especially in meeting all the deliverables of the contract.
They offer personalized attention, Harry always call to make sure that I am aware if anyone comes to see me at reception.
Ahad has helped me to set up the parcel room access and maintenance visits. Even went so far to help me move quite heavy boxes to my flat.
Thanks to you both for being so supportive in a stressful time.

The reason I have decided to give the uncle a 5 star review. Is not because of the building. Not because of the location. But because of the customer service. Each and every member of the uncle front of house & lettings team has consitantly show the highest level of hospitality. Individuals such as Alex and Amber have been here since the day I moved in and still take the time out to have an enjoyable conversation.

Me & my partner have been with UNCLE manchester for nearly a year now, they’re always on hand to help whenever you have any issues and have always been really kind and understanding, especially when my circumstances changed during the year due to work. Our apartment has a STUNNING kitchen view with mill style windows and it comes fully furnished. Parking is highly affordable (£60-100) which is a massive plus along side it being a 5-10 minute walk to Piccadilly train station, Oxford road station and St Peter’s Tram stop with local shops within a 2 minute walking distance. There is a work space, small gym, yoga studio & art space which is perfect for people who work from home or is a student. These are, majority of the time, fairly empty which is perfect so you get your use out of it. Although I’ve seen some reviews say the building is outdated and not worth the money (which Manchester is overly expensive anyway nowadays), I think majority of the things I have listed can make up for the minor things, along with it being a beautiful building with a lot of character and having really nice people to live with who always make you feel welcomed and like a friend. We are first time renters and I’m definitely glad we picked UNCLE for our first home together, we love the little home we have made💗

Uncle Acton has been amazing experience. From the flat to the amenities spaces to the cleanliness. The team in particular Dan, Savannah & Dilup have always gone above and beyond what was expected to make me and my family feel at home. It is truly one of the best places to live in.

(Colindale) Great place to live. The staff here are incredible. Amazing residential setup, no toxic paint, great facility, residents are generally v well behaved. It's not problem-free but when there are issues, they get fixed quickly.
Been here for a few months, I really recommend it for nice, decent people!

Living at UNCLE Wembley has been such a great experience. The building is modern, clean, and has everything you need – gym, rooftop, and really nice apartments. What makes it even better are the people. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help – especially Kelly and Sumi, who have been so kind and supportive since day one. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

Living at Uncle Letting Deptford has been such a positive and uplifting experience for us, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to move here. From the very first day, Diane, Valentina and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to make us feel not only welcome, but truly at home. The warmth, friendliness, and support they’ve shown has given us the feeling of being part of one big family, where everyone is accepted with open arms. That kind of atmosphere is rare to find, and it’s something we deeply appreciate.

One of the things that stands out the most is how responsive and attentive the team is. Whenever we’ve had a question or a concern, no matter how small, we’ve always received a quick and thoughtful response. It’s not just about answering queries – they actually take swift action to make sure everything is resolved efficiently, which really gives us peace of mind. Their professionalism is matched perfectly by their kindness, which makes day-to-day living here so much easier and more enjoyable.

The building itself is maintained to a very high standard. Everything is kept spotlessly clean, the security is excellent, and we always feel safe and comfortable in our home. It’s clear that great care is taken to create an environment where residents can relax and feel proud to live. From the communal areas to the private spaces, there’s a real sense of quality and thoughtfulness in how everything is run.

What we love most is the combination of community and security. It’s rare to find a place where you can enjoy the comfort of a clean, safe, and well-managed home while also having the warmth and friendliness of a supportive team who genuinely care about the residents. We’ve felt looked after since day one, and that feeling continues every day we live here.

In short, living here has been nothing but positive for us. We feel happy, safe, and truly part of something special. We couldn’t recommend Uncle Letting Deptford enough – it’s more than just a flat, it’s a home.

Just moved in Uncle Wembley smoothly.Harry and his colleagues are super friendly and helpful, and the made the whole move-in process very stress-free. Really appreciate.

I would highly recommend Uncle Wembley. Everything from the viewing, to signing up, to fixing any maintenance issues was easy and straight forward. It was very refreshing compared to how most renting is. There is also a lovely community feeling thanks to all the wonderful people who work there and live there.

First off, the flats are very nice and the staff are phenomenal. Can't fault anywhere. Superb. However... I highly recommend against the Stockwell location if you value peace and quiet. Larkhall Park has event every weekend during warmer months and have zero regard in terms of noise. You won't get a single peaceful weekend so if you value having a break on the weekend, think twice.

Additionally, there's an extremely loud football pitch where there are games every weekday night which you can hear loudly. Ends at 10pm usually so that's when you get some quiet. I live around the back of the building but makes no difference in terms of noise. If you don't have noise cancelling headphones (mine are on 100% of the time I'm at home), this is not a place for you.

Like I said, Uncle and team are phenomenal. Location is terrible (completely outside of Uncle's control). Due to this, I would not recommend it to anyone unless you don't particularly care about quiet.

Consider other Uncle locations.

We lived here for 3.5 years. From the initial communication and moving in, to the constant updates throughout our stay and eventually moving out—everything was exactly as advertised. A rental experience as it should be!

They consistently improved their systems and facilities, which truly made them stand out and made it hard for us to leave. The efficiency and effectiveness of the team made our stay very pleasant.

We’ve been living at UNCLE E&C for nearly a year now and it’s been a really comfortable experience. As a couple in a one-bedroom apartment, we’ve found the space to be just right, with modern amenities and truly unbeatable views. The building is well maintained and any issues we’ve faced have been promptly resolved by the team.

What makes this place extra special is the people, everyone from the team is friendly and approachable. Shoutout to Paul and Farid at the concierge desk for always being kind and helpful. Gabriel, Damla and Gabriella from the lettings team deserve a special mention as they’ve supported us from day one - from helping make our move-in process smooth and are now assisting us with our renewal as we happily extend our stay.

We highly recommend UNCLE E&C if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed and welcoming place to live in Central London!

Gabriella handled the viewing of a flat at Elephant & Castle and I thought she did a brilliant job describing the flat and facilities the building has. She was also very personable and friendly which made it easy for me to ask her questions about the building and UNCLE more generally. Although I decided to choose a different flat/property that’s closer to where I work, I would definitely go to UNCLE for help if I need to find something else in the future!

Reception staff can’t fault, they are really nice and want to help however noise and letting team is a 0 out of 10.

I move into an apartment on the 20th floor. Was not told how noisy the gym would be. Highly recommend you avoid this floor if you actually want to enjoy your apartment and sleep. The noise is ridiculous. Continuous banging from 5am all day and night continuing to 2am. The banging vibrates my walls and has taken down hanging photos. I complained about this 2weeks and 2days after moving in and over a month later I’m still waiting for a solution to the problem. Not to mention the million emails between myself and the lettings team who clearly do not communicate. I’ve been told so many different things, all contradicting each other. One moment fees are being waved, next they are not, told they will move me to a new apartment within a matter of days, to being told I have to wait 2months, the switch to another apartment is easy but you have resign for 12months and pay more money per month for the same size apartment, I’ve booked appointments to which the letting team just don’t show up. The list goes on.

Farid and Paul are both outstanding concierge.
As I am largely house bound due to spin an injury they have been incredibly thoughtful and considerate when accepting deliveries and allowing access for my various carer’s . I have lived in this building for the last three years as a rental tenant and I have been so pleased with the concierge service and the security it offers that I have now purchased a flat in the same building . So I think that speaks for itself . Regards
