Farid Adlani was an outstanding concierge. Was incredibly welcoming and very easy going. Helpful as well. He even helped me with the meter readings, which most would not be able to do.

I have moved in Uncle Acton for nearly a month. The living environment here is very peaceful & well-maintained. I feel safe , comfortable & welcomed here. The staff are very nice to us and they work efficiently & professionally. They always update us with new information and invite us to gathering they hold like yoga class & Friday breakfast. We meet new friends & have good chat with each other.

Big thanks to the whole team of Uncle Acton. You guys are amazing.

We enjoy our stay here in Uncle Acton. Highly recommend!

Living at UNCLE in the region of Elephant and Castle, has been a really good experience. The environment is peaceful, well-maintained, and has that modern vibe I love. I feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed here.

The building team has always been kind and helpful , not just to me, but also to my little dog Estrela (she’s basically famous around here now lol). You can tell they genuinely care about creating a good atmosphere for everyone.

Big thanks to the whole team for being so attentive day to day. It really makes a difference to live in a place where you truly feel good!

I have been a long term resident here at Uncle Elephant & Castle and have mixed feelings about the property. The complex is in a convenient location and the apartment is great, spacious and comfortable. The concierge staff (Farid, Paul and Gabrielle) are excellent, very friendly and professional and feel part of the family now.
However, the maintenance is poor, with slow response times, feels like poor work trying to save money with the cheapest and least effort possible. Lifts continuously out of order and hot water outages are annoying. The constant changes to the management dont help with the overall issues too. The annual fight to have reasonable rent increases is also very frustrating.

Dan and his team are absolutely extraordinary. Amazing welcome every time and if there any issues happening the team keep update you with all information and steps. In addition all issues when happening will be resolved within hours when raised.
One word… Fantastic!

We had a great couple viewings at the UNCLE flats in Leeds. The team were super helpful and the apartments seem very nice - all pet friendly and great amenities.

We can't wait to move in :)

Just wow - that’s all I can say about the Uncle Wembley Team. We’ve been residents for two years, we have two dogs and a 15 month old. They are just like family. A special shout out to our dear friends, Ornella, Sumi, Nicole, Racine, Kelly and Jamie - but especially the front of house team, you don’t know how important you are in creating a safe and special environment.

London can be daunting but Uncle Elephant and Castle made it easy to feel home and comfortable. Great reception and staff (Farid Adlani and Paul with their manager Gabriela) always welcoming you, making you feel safe and manage your packages. Place is quiet, high quality and makes you feel like a VIP. Definitely recommend for young professionals who need easy access to the city.

The people who work the concierge desk in this building are so kind and helpful. Farid helped me fix the dead battery on my smoke alarm when he was about to leave which he did not need to do but helped me anyway. I have truly never met a more friendly staff so willing to answer any questions and assist you when you need help.

This place is absolutely fantastic! You won’t have to worry about a thing. There’s an amazing team on-site who are always ready to lend a helping hand. I must give a special shoutout to Ahad, our concierge. He’s the most helpful and kind person I’ve ever met! Will definitely recommend this place for your stay.

The team in Stockwell are the most helpful, kind, considerate team I've ever had the pleasure of working with!

Ash, the General Manager, in Stockwell UNCLE has always been on hand to assist me where required. Nothing is ever too much for him and always service with a smile. I can't recommend the team enough!

All the staff at UNCLE Acton are absolutely amazing and so so helpful. They put on such an incredible event which helped me meet all the residents over a beer and some nibbles!

I love uncle Acton specially Dan and Dilip is amazing and so helpful and funny. Love the vibes they bring.

Just wanted to say thanks to the team in Acton. Was immediately greeted by Savannah in reception who was lovely and then was shown around a couple of flats available with Dan. Really helpful visit and the team were able to answer all of my questions I had about the area.

What can say!! My time at UNCLE Leeds has been amazing, from the start I’ve been made welcome and found my new home so easy to settle in! The staff a outstanding and a so friendly and supportive, especially the front of house team, big shout out to Polly, Matthew and Alex who are on hand to make sure you get the best service all the time! I’m sad to be leaving and Mo (my four legged friend will be even more sadder!). If you want to live in the best development in Leeds, definitely consider UNCLE Leeds and the team will welcome you with open arms

Living at Uncle Elephant and Castle has reinvented renting for both me and my partner. From the first moment we enquired, to now having lived here for over a year, the entire experience has been a pleasure. The building itself is nice and well maintained, the sky lounge in particular is amazing to sit in and you can see the entirety of London from there. The gym is decently equipped and often very quiet, so on your work break its easy to get in a nice quick workout. The flats are well maintained and have a very unique shape which means there is a lot of light, and repairs are easy to arrange. Even if there are problems in the building (unavoidable), communication is great and you won't be left uninformed. Overall I'd say this is the best renting experience I've had, I'd like to give a special shoutout to Gabriel, Gabriella and all of the staff that work here to make the experience what it is, we appreciate you!

Very good apartment and very good service from the team.

A massive thank you to Gabriel who took the time to thoroughly show us around the UNCLE property. He was very attentive, transparent and honest in all of our discussions. We felt taken care of and shown multiple options to suit our criteria. A great experience all round, great company!

The team helped us replace the barstools that were not working properly. They also have an on-site maintenance team, which means you can usually get your things fixed within three working days. Really appreciate that.
