Paul is the nicest person from reception. He is always help me to prepare my parcels for collection. Really appreciate him!

Really lovely building. Farid and Paul on the front desk are amazing, they are always ready to help with anything you need and are great to chat with.

My experience with Uncle Leeds has been fantastic. I love how efficiently and quickly everything is handled. From the marketing team that showed me the place to the referencing team that made the process seamless, everything has been smooth. The two kind receptionists are always welcoming, helping with a smile. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are excellent—gym, cinema, lounges, and co-working spaces, all designed for comfort and convenience. The level of service and attention to detail here is unmatched. I can confidently say I’ve found my place!

Been living in Uncle building for over two years. Smoothest experience, very well-managed but the highlights are the concierge people, especially Farid and Paul 🫶 They are professional, yet bubbly and seeing them boost my energy.

I've been living in Elephant and Castle for the past 4 years and 6 months, and I just can't bring myself to leave.

I mean, what's not to love? A 24-hour concierge, a gym, a sky lounge, fast maintenance, and excellent connectivity to central London—the list goes on.

A huge thank you to the team for making me feel at home, with a special shoutout to Gabriel for ensuring a smooth rental experience, and to Farid and Paul (who have been there since day one) for always greeting me with a warm welcome when I come home and for wishing me a great day before I leave.

I would appreciate it if they could replace the dining chairs because they are too high and not designed with health considerations in mind. I provided this feedback but have not received a reply yet

I moved to London about four years ago and immediately felt at home at UNCLE Elephant & Castle. If I had the chance to stay, I would have chosen UNCLE again without hesitation. Everything about my experience here has been amazing—the staff is truly impeccable, always making me feel welcome.

A special thanks to Gabriel, Damla, Paul, and Farid for creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere every time I walked in or out of the building. The maintenance team is also outstanding—there’s nothing they can’t fix, and they always handle requests quickly and efficiently.

The location, the views, and the ease of living here made my time at UNCLE even better. Leaving feels like saying goodbye to family, but I will always cherish the experience. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Oh and, the safety was something the staff ensured and tended to so well that it even slipped my mind to mention! Nothing better than feeling safe in your home! It was like living with your fun UNCLE.

Great communication, always friendly and happy to help! Love all the extras included at staying at Uncle! Would recommend to anyone who wants a fun, energetic, lovely place to live.

31st of January marked my last day at UNCLE Stockwell after 10 and a half years living there. What else is there to say if someone lived at the same place for one third of his life?? UNCLE Stockwell has great premisses that are highly maintained and frequently refurbished. Location is amazing, you are very close to two underground lines and overground. Buildings are on a very quiet and safe street overlooking nice park with football and basketball courts. Throughout this decade I have seen a lot of people responsible for management and maintenance of the building and I have to say, each of them has been great host that I was happy to be with. Some of them became my friends, that is why it was very difficult to leave! Duncan, you’ll be very missed! Ash, current manager of Stockwell residence has been extremely kind and helpful throughout the leaving process, he was even kind enough to offer advice on some other, personal plans I had. Thank you both for being there for me whenever I needed it!

For all the people thinking about moving there, do not hesitate at all, just do it! It is a great place to live and you will not regret it! I’ll highly recommend it!

The team at UNCLE has made our move so seamless. From allowing us to pick our move in date 2 months out, to letting us bring our parents back to show off the new flat before moving in, to being on hand for all move-in support we needed - it has been a dream. And the facilities are exquisite. We love it here!

I’ve been living at Uncle Colindale for the past five months, and I want to give a big shoutout to Serina and the entire team—they are absolutely amazing!

From day one, the team has been warm, approachable, and always ready to assist. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, always with a smile. Whether it’s addressing issues or providing support, their dedication shines through.

The common areas are impeccably maintained, always clean and tidy, making it a pleasure to use the facilities. Any concerns are resolved quickly and effectively, which makes living here stress-free.

WORST RENTAL IN LONDON. I'm not one to do reviews but this is one I had to do, to save anyone time and money. Terrible place avoid. Happy to put my name on the line with this review.
Been here two months. Apartment was supposed to be fully furnished.. they had the cheapest bed they could find . The mattress is broken and the heating system is locked. I emailed the main team and even told the building manager about these issues and after 2 months still nothing.
I asked for a spare fob, it expires after a month. So I call emergency services as the fob doesn't work anymore and they take 2 hours to pick up, tell me there's an outcall fee . I ask for a callback from the persons to find out this fee no answer for 2 hours . So just imagine if you ever have a slight emergency in this flat. You're looking at a minimum 4 hours response time.
There is also no parking anywhere nearby and the team here don't help at all.
Honestly regret moving here .
Terrible don't be fooled by other reviews. The place is shambles avoid.

UNCLE Deptford is an absolutely fantastic place to live! The building itself is beautiful and has great amenities, making it very easy to feel like home ... but upgraded, with a coworking space and gorgeous furniture and hosting room. The front desk team is also really great and helpful, making the experience super smooth. Thank you!

Great building , great staff, Gem of a building in heart of Southall . 5mins walk to Elizabeth line , Never would have guessed !

Shoutout to the manager Assam always running around making sure building is top and always asking how me and my mrs are , top guy.

Also to the concierge Ahad who helped me set up my WiFi (lost without it !)

Highly recommend.
