Myself and my girlfriend lived in UNCLE Wembley for 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! We lived in one of UNCLE’s beautiful flats with views across London. All of the appliances were brand new and the furniture was in immaculate condition. One of the great things about living at UNCLE was the staff. They were always friendly and on hand to help out if we had any questions, they also managed parcel deliveries for us. The gym down stairs was also great. I would highly recommend UNCLE Wembley.

I don't understand how busy the lettings team are? I have been contacting them numerous times, with most of the calls being unanswered or the agent promising me to send me an email that never reaches my mailbox. In the meantime, I have contacted Foxtons who are also in charge of their properties but they were denied entry to take a video of the property as I registered with UNCLE first and must go through an agent from UNCLE. I dont understand, IF U ARE BUSY LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT, REPLY MY MESSAGES, STOP PROMISING THAT U WILL SEND ME ANYTHING WHEN U CANT.

Uncle Stockwell is an amazing place to live in London. 

Great neighbourhood, close to Battersea Power Station. I also have a beautiful view from my windows.

Only around 10-15 minutes walk to 2 underground stations: Stockwell & Nine Elms.

Giuliana and Duncan as all team are very friendly. You feel there like at home. 

The building has a gym and co-working space (great if you work sometimes from home). 

I can definitely recommend Uncle Stockwell to everyone.

I recently rented a flat at Uncle Stockwell and had a fantastic experience. The property itself was top-notch: very clean and in excellent condition. It made for a comfortable and stylish living space.
But what truly impressed me was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, but I especially want to give a big shout-out to Giuliana. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth move-in process and was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. Her friendly and supportive nature made a big difference in my settling-in experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Uncle Stockwell. It's a great option for anyone looking for a clean, modern flat with exceptional service. Thanks again, Giuliana, for making my stay so enjoyable!

Amazing facilities and friendly staff! Always so mindful, great community feel and the receptionists are so helpful! Would recommend a viewing for sure and also a place to live!

We left UNCLE after 12 months after they tried to abusively increase the rent (+15%), despite the local tube station closing for 6 months. When trying to get our deposit back, they deducted an additional £300 for unreasonable fees, even though we paid before their £323 professional cleaning fee.

Uncle Wembley has been nothing short of amazing. The amazing property team are just that- Amazing. The facilities are great. Communication with the team was easy and the move in was smooth.

This has hands down been the best place I’ve ever lived. From when myself and my partner moved in 3 years ago until now, everything has been smoothly run and we’ve been treated like family.

When we first viewed Uncle we fell in love with the gorgeous interiors. It’s very modern and has all the amenities you would want and more- my personal favourite is the huge light up mirrors in the bathroom with warm and cool lighting.

The apartments themselves are some of the largest I’ve seen in London and I did quite a lot of viewings prior to viewing in Uncle. You get a lot for your money compared to other companies in Wembley - also every apartment has a huge balcony which is a massive bonus.

The roof terrace is awesome, mostly use it in summer and the gym is well equipped and is about to get bigger which is exciting. One thing that drew us to Uncle was the basketball court downstairs, as my partner is a big basketball fan. It’s very unique, I’ve never seen any building have one before.

What makes Uncle the best however is the people. Not only the staff, but also the residents. People are super friendly, have chats in the lift and drinks on the roof. There’s a wide variety of people living here of all different ages and backgrounds and many people who have moved from abroad. I would say there’s a fair amount of young people living here, which is great for us as we’re in our 20’s. We’ve actually become best friends with our first neighbour we had here in Uncle.

The staff at Uncle are the main thing that has kept us here. They treat us like family. Nothing is ever too much of a bother and they’re always open to new ideas and suggestions. Everyday we have a little catch up at reception and they remember the little things about us. Unlike private landlords, issues are fixed pretty much next day by the maintenance team.

We’ll be moving out soon as we’re moving abroad, but I’m really really sad to go, as Uncle feels like a part of my identity now. We’ll miss the team so much and the friends we made here.

If you’re unsure about whether to come for a viewing, do not hesitate, it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Love you Uncle!!!!!

We are on our fifth year of living here and there hasn’t been a single downside. The team is absolutely amazing, they are caring and kind. The building itself is gorgeous.

Living at Uncle Wembley was great! I loved the community feel and the amazing amenities! Will miss living there so much!

We've been at UNCLE Southall since January 2022 and loving our time and experience; and ready to renew.

Everything about UNCLE is great so far - the flat, the facilities, cleanliness and most importantly the staff (from Emma and Tom to Oshe and Ayanna) are friendly and responsive. We also appreciate the effort UNCLE puts in to create a sense of community.

The other thing that we enjoy most is the communications - not only that we find them useful and timely, we enjoy reading them because of their unique way of writing.

This review concerns Uncle Southall, and before I list the bad stuff here are the good things about the building:
-The flats are high quality in a high specification building. It was completed in the last 3 years, and with double glazing and insulation the flat is easy to heat.
-The ventilation is also great
-Generally a quiet building

The bad stuff:
-Unbreakable 6-12 month contracts
-There were issues with the lifts/internet over several months in 2023 - no refunds offered.
-The move out cleaning fee will be taken from your deposit even if you leave the apartment in a spotless condition.

Great experience moving into the Stockwell building. Harry has been very helpful with the whole process and answering all my questions about the contract etc, Duncan and Kieran were very welcoming and Paul who does the maintenance helped get all of my belongings into the flat. Couldn’t be happier to have moved in today!

Staff are never on reception, try contacting them via email or phone and be prepared for a long wait. Lifts are out of order more than they work. Cleaning is substandard throughout the building, and the general state around the exterior is frankly an embarrassment.

Living for just under a year now, truly find this as one of the best apartment buildings in London and they made it affordable too. The staff on campus is very helpful and friendly.

Uncle is the perfect home for a pet parent!

They take extra care to ensure you are happy, safe and cared for.

Our experience here has been great since our very first visit. The onboarding process was seamless and exciting, which is uncommon in the current rental market.

Since moving in, I have been blown away by how far they will go to ensure your concerns are addressed. When we first moved in, we had trouble with our fridge, which was resolved within the day.

If you're looking for somewhere central, quiet, clean, friendly and exciting- go for Uncle!
