The apartment is really nice , good location. Few mins walk from the station. It was a good experience here with all the facilities there.

My husband and I lived at Uncle Wembley for almost 2 years and we totally loved it. The building is amazing, the apartment is new, elegant, clean and very well-maintained. The management is made of the best professionals I've ever seen and our experience has been perfect thanks to them, so I want to thank them all! Jamie and the maintenance team, Nicole, all the receptionists and then the kindest most attentive manager ever, Kelly! She has never missed an e-mail or a message, and has been proactive to solve any type of issue at all time. We were so sad to be leaving this home, but we are sure that many more people will get the chance to loving it as much as we did!

Beware Colindale Station will be closed from June to December 2024 the least. Uncle Colindale is still promoting '20 min to central London' on their website. Anyone who move in now will have no access to the Underground from this summer, which means you need to pay 76 pounds bus fare per month plus your original tube fare. You'll also be in a predicament of 6000 passengers per hour trying to get on bus 186 to Hendon Central station in rush hours. Uncle Colindale has confirmed that they would provide no assistance to the current tenants regarding the station closure. Instead, they ask for a 15% rent increase.

Living a UNCLE Wembley has been great. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, the location is very convenient, and the apartments are well maintained.

I lived in Uncle Stockwell and had so many problems and would not recommend.

First, there was a strong sewage smell which was left unresolved for months despite numerous residents making multiple complaints. Second, the washers and dryers never worked even though it cost ~£7.50 per wash. The washing machine would deduct your money and then not wash the clothes. I complained to Circuit Laundry about this who advised they would send someone to repair but this never happened. This problem occurred with machines across many floors. Third, there is a fixed charge for heating which is supposed to be “unlimited”, but this also did not work so rooms were cold most of the time. Fourth, someone came in to inspect my flat on a day where I left London for a week. I returned to my flat after one week and all of the lights had been left on so my electricity bill was far higher than it would have been.

The appeal of Uncle buildings is that they are supposed to be stress-free because building managers live on site but this was not my experience at all. They have also accepted rude residents who invite rowdy guests who drink/smoke in the communal areas of the building and disturb the peace. I was on my way to the lift one day and was cornered by a resident carrying a case of beer asking whether I lived here and where was I going. The building seemed safe for women when I first moved in but the cameras have been taken down and it is now quite dangerous.

I'm based at Wembley and the team is awesome, especially Jamie and Kelly who always do their upmost and have gone out of their way to help me on numerous occasions.

After losing all hope of finding a decent flat in London, I landed on uncle stockwell. Aside from the brilliant view and convenient setting, the team/family has been nothing short of brilliant. They always met me with a smile and I felt looked after at all times.
Ruth, Paul, Duncan, Safiah and Hennah are absolute superstars. If I ever move back to London I would certainly aim to move back here.

I've been living in Uncle Stockwell for over 4 years and love my home!

It is a modern building with a beautiful park in front of it to get some fresh air or to do outdoor sports. The building has a gym (which is super convenient) and a resident lounge (good for people looking for a different place for WFH sometimes).

The location is excellent. The bus link and the two tube stations nearby (Stockwell and Nine Elmes) take you to the city centre in less than half an hour.

A note for the location for Muslim residents: there's a halal market & butcher and a mosque close by!

And the team is amazing! Ruth, Duncan and Paul are always helpful. Safiah and Henna are always welcoming every day.

I lived at the New Cross site for 5 years and it was a very nice, peaceful and secure experience throughout.

The flat was very modern and well insulated from sound and with heat. Helping with escaping the bustle of london and keeping heating costs down in the winter.

The staff were always very friendly and willing to help with any issues with the flat or just making your life easier by dropping off mail whilst you were out at work.

I loved living here and wish I didn’t have to leave, it was a great location in london and made getting to and from practically anywhere in the city easy. Highly recommend for working professionals working in London.

Lived at Uncle Stockwell for about 18 months and really enjoyed my time. Nice modern building with excellent facilities (gym is especially handy) and the location is perfect (so easy to get pretty much everywhere). All the staff are friendly and helpful - Ruth in particular really went above and beyond to help me out with everything towards the end of my tenancy - made everything so much easier - thank you so much. Also thanks to Duncan for helping me out when I locked myself out and Henna for making the final check out process nice and simple!

I moved to the UNCLE building in New Cross over 2 years ago and never looked back ! The team feel like family now, they always bring joy and laughter to the community. Not to mention their top tier advice on pretty much everything! They sort out any problem that may arise with such efficiency, I’d never want to live anywhere else. It’s UNCLE or nothing !

Excellent driving schools with experience per say.

It was indeed a nice experience. I was taught all I need to pass at a go.

A great sense of community. Staff members are friendly as always and greet me passionately - it seems they know every single resident really well.

Things here are in excellent condition too, and any defects are quickly resolved.

Would certainly recommend this place.

I made a right decision on my removal from Uncle Elephant & Castle to Uncle Colindale due to having a great confident on the company (Realstar) with the brand of “Uncle”. No disappointment. I do enjoy living at Uncle Colindale. Good property management and maintenance. My appreciation is the professionalism of the amazing team at Uncle Colindale, Especially of the effectiveness and good management of Serina who is a General Manager. I keep receiving the notices/reminders in regard of any issues about the property, ensure us to live in safe and comfort. She always greets me with a big smile, her warmth made me feel like at home with family. Mavis has been incredibly helpful and responsible. Need to say many thanks to Mavis for her kind support all the times. All staff at Uncle Colindale are brilliant as well, Maddy, Gaven, Gaby, Crisma, Harry, Ian, Jean.. etc.. Their responsiveness, effectiveness and helpfulness giving me a joyful living here.

I am still missing the staff at Uncle Elephant & Castle, Says, Kasia, Alessio, Eve, Connie, John and Kevin. They are also excellent. I won’t forget their kind support and help during my stay in 2022/2023.
