IatÄ o scenÄ din sucursala UniCredit - din Pipera - Bulevardul Dimitrie Pompeiu, unde am fost astazi 14 mai 2026.
Motivul vizitei ----Am fost âbombardatâ cu mesaje pentru o datorie colosalÄ de 0,04 bani (si nu, nu este o glumÄ).
Primirea ----Am stat 5 minute lângÄ uÈÄ, timp în care 6 din cei 7 funcÈionari m-au privit pe rând, fÄrÄ ca mÄcar unul sÄ mÄ Ã®ntrebe de sÄnÄtate sau de motivul prezenÈei mele.
ActivitÄÈile âde birouâ---- Cele Èase doamne erau ocupate cu orice altceva, de la activitÄÈi personale la apeluri telefonice pline de âte pupâ-uri cÄtre familie (puÈin probabil sÄ fie un nou protocol de salut pentru clienÈi).
ReacÈia ---- A fost nevoie sÄ intervin Èi sÄ mÄ revolt pentru a fi, în sfârÈit, vizibilÄ!
ExistÄ totuÈi Èi o excepÈie - Singurul care îÈi fÄcea treaba cu adevÄrat era cel de-al Èaptelea funcÈionar (singurul barbat), care era ocupat cu un client Èi nu ridica privirea din documente.
Bravo lui, dar e trist cÄ restul echipei pare sÄ fi uitat cÄ activitatea implicÄ Èi respectul faÈÄ de timpul omului care îÈi calcÄ pragul/ clientul care isi face timp sa vina in sediu!
DacÄ tot ne trimiteÈi mesaje pentru fracÈiuni de 0,04 bani, poate ar fi bine sÄ investiÈi aceleaÈi resurse Èi în bunul simÈ al personalului.

I have a motorcycle leasing contract with UniCredit Leasing Romania and the experience has been deeply frustrating.
What happened: I was late on one payment in January. Instead of simply calling me or sending an email, UniCredit Leasing executed my promissory notes without any prior notice â no phone call, no SMS, no email, nothing.
The recurring penalty: After I paid the overdue amount, a recurring monthly penalty of 250 RON started appearing on my invoices. The stated reason: failure to replenish the promissory notes following their execution. However, at no point was I informed that this obligation had been triggered, that the notes had been executed, or that I needed to issue new ones. No notification of any kind was ever sent to me.
My attempts to resolve this: I contacted the company in writing to understand and fix the situation. I received zero response â no acknowledgment, no clarification, no one willing to engage.
This is a textbook example of a financial institution that enforces contractual clauses silently, without giving the customer any chance to comply. A single phone call or email would have resolved everything immediately.
Avoid UniCredit Leasing Romania if you value transparency and basic communication.â

o banca care nu e transparenta. cand faci schimb valutar intre conturi nu iti arata comisionul, cand faci plati tot asa, intai te obliga sa apesi butonul de plata, ei proceseaza plata si abia dupa procesare iti arata costurile. nu am mai intalnit asa ceva. popririle pe cont sunt si eliberatoare de bani fara consimtamant, cu Alpha bank niciodata nu s a intamplat sa imi traga bani fara consimtamantul meu. plata intr-un cont din strainatate dureaza 6 zile. suni la ei sa vezi ce se intampla de ce nu poti transfera toti banii, ci pe bucati, si de ce plati facute in aceeasi zi ating celalalt cont in zile diferite, atatea lucruri rele sunt de spus despre aceasta banca care m-a facut sa nu mai am incredere in bancile din Romania.

Am facut refinantarea creditului de Prima Casa, contractat la Alphabank (in urma cu 10 ani) in primavara anului trecut si in februarie 2026 inca nu am inchis situatia!
Mi-au pus piedici la orice pas, nu au mai raspuns si nici pana acum nu am primit diferenta comisionului de garantare anual, pe care l-am platit in ianuarie 2025, creditul fiind achitat in mai 2025.
Am completat 2 cereri scrise in agentia din Aparatorii Patriei, i-am reclamat sunand in call center, dar si fizic, insa nimeni nu isi face treaba.
Intre timp, au fost preluati de Unicredit, mi-au emis 2 carduri noi si am sold negativ.
Sa nu aveti de-a face cu ei, sunt cei mai incompetenti si neprofesionisti!
Nu au habar de activitatea lor, pe partea de relatii clienti sunt la pamant, dar mai au si mult tupeu doamnele, incepand de la directorul sucursalei.

Reliability of the bank statements? Low. MT 940/942, CAMT 52/53 so many problems. The standard bank statements are incomplete legally (not even sender reference on it).
The only good thing? Can change 1000 EUR equivalent per day during lunch hours.

The recent merger with Alpha Bank has turned into a customer service nightmare. Both my wife and I had to make dozens of calls over four days just to activate the mobile app. Instead of clear solutions, we were met with unprofessional staff who preferred to patronize their customers rather than actually help.
Even once the app finally started working, key functions were still broken: credit cards were not linked to the account, and the option to open a term deposit worked for one of us but not the other. The âsolutionâ? A mandatory in-person visit to a branch in Romania â completely impractical if you donât live in the country. The result is that your money sits there, interest-free, entirely at their disposal, while you are left without options.
In short: outdated systems, poorly managed transition, and customer service that adds frustration instead of value. If you expect reliability, transparency, and professionalism, UniCredit Romania falls far short.

In urma fuziunii Alpha cu UniCredit a trebuit sÄ Ã®nchid vechile conturi din Alpha Bank, clonate dupÄ fuziune de UniCredit. Booon... credeam cÄ e o simplÄ chestiune de 10-15min. Nicidecum, a trebuit sÄ stau efectiv în sucursala Ploiesti aproximativ 5 ore Èi jumÄtate pentru a închide 3 conturi Èi 2 carduri debit asociate acestora
Servicii suport clienÈi execrabile oferite de UniCredit. Personalul dau vina pe software dar era destul de evident cÄ nu aveau nici instrucÈiuni de utilizare Èi nici experienÈÄ. Colac peste pupÄzÄ, au sunat a 2a zi sÄ mergem încÄ odatÄ sÄ semnez un formular deja semnat anterior dar pe care sistemul UniCredit nu l-a validat.

Am cerut internet banking dar n-au stiut pe moment cum sa faca si au avut nesimtirea sa o mai cheme o data. Ore si nervi pierdute la telefon cu niste dezumanizati.

My wife send me, online, some money - form ING Bank, yesterday 20 aug at 14:00 hour. We are in aug 21, 10:30 hours and money haven't arrived !! Almost 12 hours! (when she send money to our kid account - Raiffeisen Bank, it takes 10 minute to arrive) :( More.... when people send me money form CEC Bank, it takes more than 16 hours to receive it! The slowest bank ever !!!
Unfair new fees
They invent and apply new fees. For example if you don't use internet banking for 90 days they charge you 5 lei even during the 89th day of those 90 days, if the 90th day is not a working day, like weekend. So those 90 days is a lie. Also, what is the problem if you don't use it very often? Why another fee? Also, what happens if the owner of an account dies and nobody else has the passwords of the account to access it? They will steal the fee many years if no heir claims the account. This bank is a thief with invoice.
