Nathan and Chris were fantastic
Nathan and Chris were fantastic! Three carpets fitted in less that 1 and 1/2 hours perfectly no scratched walls or skirting and incredibly polite and tidy workers will be rebooking them in new year for the stairs!

Instore great, fitting poor
Instore the experience was perfect, really helpful and great service. We ordered our flooring and within a few weeks we're having it fitted. Beforehand we had our kitchen floor screed done and the lads who did that were also very good and seemed to do a great job.
This is where the good experience ended unfortunately.
Our lino fitter turned up and seemed nice, he was talking to me about how long he has been doing the job etc and how quick he was at it and that he would have the floor laid in less than 15mins. I'm honestly not surprised it only took him 15mins, he threw it down with no care in the world. The flooring was not stuck down at all and there were lumps under the floor, obviously just things he hadn't picked up and laid the floor on top of them.
There was no glue around any edges or anything applied to stick the floor down so when I hoovered the floor just lifts up.
In the end I ended up lifting the floor back up and then picking the bits underneath up and laying it back down myself with adhesive so it wouldn't lift. I'm sure that any competent fitter would of done this in the first instance but he was too busy trying to rush the job.
I would go to this store again overall but I certainly wouldn't have this fitter in my home, careless to say the least.

After just 6 months of having flooring…
After just 6 months of having flooring and carpet put in, the beading has come away, we are find gaps between the flooring and stairs where they've obviously cut the board too short, as well as our skirting board coming away from wall?!! We had to have the come back to redo our beading it was that bad initially, and now we are finding all these other issues. I wish I could upload the photos

Fabulous overall experience
I had an initial issue as I didn’t realise the politics between branches. But I have to say UC were brilliant as sorting it all out and the final carpet is fitted really well. Lovely team of fitters, especially Callum at Cheadle.

We had the whole floor replaced…
We had the whole floor replaced upstairs. The advice from the sales team was excellent when they visited to measure up. The price was great and fitters tuned up on time and finished the job without hassle.
So good in fact, we had them back a few months later to re-carpet another room.

Elliots experience and product knowlege
Excellent assistant from Elliot and the team at Stanley green. Friendly and approachable . The carpets and Flooring purchased feel and look beautiful. Our building joiner fitted the main oak flooring and said what good quality it was and easy to fit.
