Abzocke. Ich habe einen Artikel über Kaufland bestellt. Den southpark Rucksack. Er war viel zu klein also hab ich ihn zurückgesendet. Ich musste die Rücksendungen selber bezahlen, die Ware kam an was ich laut DHL App beweisen kann aber sie behaupten die Ware wäre nie angekommen. Geld wurde abgebucht aber ich hab keine Ware. Abzocke! Ich stelle Anzeige bei der Polizei

Null Punkte bei Rücksendung.

Die Ware mag nicht schlecht sein, aber wenn man rücksendet, zahlt man €10.- Porto und dann werden einem nochmal €2,50 für den Anfangsversand vom Erstattungspreis abgezogen. Absolute Frechheit. Nie wieder.

Awful experience. Wasn't clear they shipped from the UK, got charged an international transaction fee despite it being a com.au site and me paying in AUD. Then I received the shoes and they were literally the wrong shoe and absolutely massive. I sent a picture of the shoe I received and my order confirmation to customer service telling them to refund me and I got a response saying I received the correct shoe because the dispatch order had the "correct" name of the shoe. No bother to check their own website where there are two different shoes under the same name where selecting 'black' will get you one with laces and 'brown' will get you a completely different shoe. Not my problem that you've set the website up like that if you can't differentiate the two shoes from the colour selection?? Had to threaten to go through PayPal to get a refund.

J'ai bien pris note de la réponse du service clientèle, en date du 5 février 2024 et je le remercie.
Cependant, il semblerait que le colis est en cours de dédouanement depuis le 26 janvier 2024 au vu des informations transmises sur le site de la poste locale du pays de destination. En aucun cas, il apparait que le colis a été pris en charge par le transporteur.
Pour rappel, en date du 16 janvier 2024, j’ai effectué une commande d’un t-shirt.
Les conditions générales de vente stipulaient que la livraison devait avoir lieu dans un délai maximum de 5 à 12 jours ouvrés (commande expédiée le 23 janvier 2024).
Or, je n’ai toujours pas été livré à la date du 5 février 2024 malgré plusieurs relances auprès du site (relance en date du 31 janvier 2024 et du 2 février 2024).
Je demande donc au site soit d’annuler ma commande et de me rembourser la somme de 21,04 € que j'ai versé soit de me renvoyer le t-shirt. La loi prévoit que le vendeur reste responsable du colis perdu à l’égard du client, peu importe la faute du transporteur.

What a great service from an outlet I've never heard of.
I ordered The Trespass Audrey Padded Jacket in The colour Sandstone.
Never heard of Universal textiles, so it was a bot if a punt. As it was the only store that had it in stock, even Trespass didn't have the colour.
I read a lot of reviews that said the sizes were small so to order a size up, which I did, and glad I did!
Ordered on December 29th (free delivery) thinking being a Friday, and the New Year weekend, it would probably be about a week........It arrived on January 2nd. And I was informed of delivery information at every step.
To sum up then. Only one in the size and colour I wanted. Free Delivery, super fast service.
I will definitely use them again.

Commande jamais reçue !!! Le vendeur ne trouve pas la commande qui à été passée, débitée mais non livrée. Malgré avoir apporté la preuve avec mes relevés bancaires fournis où le debit de carte bancaire apparaît bien avec le nom du site et la date, on m’affirme que la commande est inexistante !!! mais quelle blague, je sais encore quel article je commande et sur quel site !!!!! Impossible d’avoir une facture, un suivi ect … improbable, pitoyable … Aucune tracabilité de comptabilité dans cette entreprise … ce n’etait pas la premiere fois que je commandais sur universal textile et j’etais plutot satisfait jusque là. J’ai essayé de fournir un max d’éléments mais rien a faire … ma femme voulait me faire plaisir pour Noel mais c’est tombé a l’eau. J’aurais vraiment, vraiment, vraiment dû me fier aux avis trop nombreux qui sipulent clairement qu’il ne faut pas avoir de problème chez eux …. je confirme que c’est vraiment le cas ! A fuir donc…trop aléatoire et peu rigoureux … C’est comme jouer au poker … on ne retrouve pas l’argent perdu … un client très très très en colère

Very much unsatisfactory service, it takes days to receive a reply from a complaint. I have purchase 2 items from you secondary company from Debenhams called Universal Textiles, their phone number is live but when you call you get endless ringing and then cut off, their customer service sent me an email informing me that any complaints I had had to be sent to Debenhams customer service as they don’t deal with complaints, even if you have purchased the clothing from them.
When I tried to return the item through Universal Textiles (Leicester) Royal Mail reference number and their Debenhams connection through Royal Mail return service it failed to even recognise the name Universal Textiles. Now I’m left with item I don’t want and no where to return it to. The last time Universal Textiles contacted me was to send an automated text asking me how was there customer service lol what customer service where they talking about, they don’t even reply to complaints you send them. I can clearly see how Debenhams have gone bust on the high street , especially when they are selling clothes to customers through a 3 party retailer that does nothing to help customers return items once they have been sold to you.

J'ai commandé une veste softshell et je reçois un mail quelques jours plus tard disant que c'est arrivé dans ma boite aux lettres. Très étonné de penser que la veste puisse entrer dans ma boite aux lettres, je vais vérifier mais il n'y a rien. Après un mois d'attente, un remboursement est envisagé par le vendeur.

Completed cancellation form 28th Oct (same day as ordered. I found item £14 cheaper direct from Mountain Warehouse). Also emailed to cancel. No response and dispatched two days after cancellation submitted. Now stuck with cost of RETURNS: PAID BY CUSTOMER. Have emailed now 3 times. STILL NO RESPONSE to communication! Phone line inoperable & website states due to office restrictions! Frustrating. Why no order slip inside package? Make sure you add your own returns details slip or they won't know who it's from. Will raise a case with Paypal if unresolved.

The items were as advertised and arrived within the time scale given.

Re mens unisex (??) wellies. UTTL760_1
I've got average sized feet and they are too tight across the widest part of my foot, even with thin socks on. With thick socks they would be even tighter. They are 0.5" narrower than my existing men's boots. I suspect your feet would get very cold very quickly in snow.

My experience with Universal Textiles is very positive, highly recommended. the online shop is very good laid out so you can find the items you are after. The delivery time is very good.
