The onboarding experience with Ian Blaydes was seamless. Ian was friendly, knowledgable, professional, and always happy to work through any problems that arose.

In the end, we decided to cancel our subscription because of internal delays and to wait for updates to the B2B portal product variant and calculated shipping capabilities, which Ian informed us were in the Unleashed pipeline.

They might not have the solution that your specific business needs but they do their best to accommodate, assist and be supportive where they can whilst having great communication skills. Top notch customer service.

I had a meeting with Ashton Hicks from Unleashed about our company SOH, COG, Integration and other reporting features and he was genuinely great to deal with. He was patient, easy to discuss took the time to answer all my questions properly . I finished the call with understanding all possible areas I need to look for reconciliation and feeling confident moving forward.

Our experience with Rutuja Jadhav and the entire Unleashed team has been superb. Right from our initial call with Unleashed, we could see that the platform was right for us and knowing that we had support through our set up phase and beyond (calls, contact centre, self serve resources etc). made it an easy choice. So far we are very happy with the platform and thank Rutuja for helping us get to where we are.

We thought our B2B store had technical issues where we hadn't received any orders in most of the day.
The team checked our settings and confirmed there was no broader issue with the B2B stores.
