This system has been a genuine game changer for us as we scale our operations. Unleashed experience has been very good for our company requirements as a growing meat distributor and importer. Communication was clear and guidance and advisement was provided clearly and reinforced with integrated training materials.

Using Unleashed has been a great experience for our business. The setup process was easy to follow, and there was always support available whenever we needed help. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Radu Ghilici at Unleashed. From the very beginning of the onboarding process, he was exceptionally helpful, professional, and proactive, and he consistently went far beyond what was required of him.

Radu took the time to properly listen to our business needs and requirements, and rather than forcing a “one-size-fits-all” setup, he thoughtfully adapted the Unleashed platform to suit how we actually operate in order to get the most out of the system.

His depth of knowledge of the system is outstanding, but what really sets him apart is his willingness to support in whatever way was necessary. There was no question too small, no request was too much trouble, and he was always solution-focused.

What could have been a complex and overwhelming onboarding process was made clear, structured, and genuinely confidence-building thanks to Radu’s guidance.

He was patient, responsive, and incredibly thorough, ensuring that everything was set up correctly and that I fully understood how to get the most value from the platform.

The Customer support from Ashton was faultless. In my previous role with used unleashed and have now implemented this in my new position at a new company. Everything has been fairly easy to do just working on ironing out a few issues with integration with Xero but any question has been answered very promptly with email, teams and phone calls. Ashton has been very patient and we look forward to being able to use this moving forward to enable us to better track ordering, inventory and purchasing.
