We had some unique setup requirements that Rutuja Jadhav was very helpful in resolving!

Getting on-boarded was an extremely easy process with Rutuja's help. She simplified things and worked methodically through my every question and change of direction. By the time we went live I was extremely confident in our set up and processes due to the support I received from her - thank you for making a stressful task much easier!

The best part of this entire process was dealing with Riley. His attention to our needs was amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Apart from being not really suitable for quoting custom assemblies with sub-assemblies, (we ended up using JGID specifically just for fast quoting of custom assemblies with the pricing broken down by components for the customer, it's lightning fast), Unleashed is the best inventory management software I could find in this price range.

It's really easy to use, and really easy to teach new team members coming on board.

Our onboarding experience with Charlotte was great. She was very helpful and was happy for me to ask questions as often as I needed. Although I have found the software quite challenging to understand and get to grips with, now that we have a handle on it, it is great and I can see that it will be of huge benefit for our business. The most helpful aspects for us: seeing margins really clearly on all products and orders. Really detailed batch tracking which allows us to have super streamlined production.
