I’ve been using Unleashed Software for…
I’ve been using Unleashed Software for around 10 years and have always found it to be a great system. However, more recently, I’ve been disappointed by the lack of support. We’re very familiar with the program now and rarely need assistance, but on this occasion, my request has been met with complete silence — it’s been two weeks with no response.
It’s incredibly frustrating, especially as the only option seems to be submitting tickets. I even tried calling the sales team in the hope of getting any response, but had no luck.
I really hope this isn’t a sign of how support is going to be moving forward, as it is impossible to run a business without being able to rely on your inventory system.

Excellent presentation and very informative. Ruxandra is exemplary and a credit to Unleashed ERP and the Access group.
The Customer Service is the worst I have never experience.
The platform is good, but the customer service is terrible! It is painfully slow, sometimes update case to resolved without giving an answer. I am waiting for 5 days now to have an answer, and nothing is coming despite asking several times. So disappointing! Especially considering the price we are paying per month.

Unleashed is a great platform for managing inventory across multiple locations and I'm sure it will be of great help as the business grows. As with anything new, it hasn't been without teething problems but our onboarding consultant, Charlie Fleet, assisted us with the set up, was very helpful and always provided us with answers to any questions or issues we had. The help articles and AI support have been invalueable and have made life much easier for someone who is technologically challenged!

Unleashed is a powerful stock management and sales software system.
No. 1 Easy to learn and use platform and support has been excellent. Ebad has been our main support from day one and to this date is still going above and beyond with fine-tuning to suit our company's needs.
Transitioning into the world of Unleashed!
Moving over to the Unleashed software platform has been a very easy and smooth transition. The layout is easy to navigate and the process from order receipt, processing onto dispatch and then invoicing is logical and straight forward. The online tutorials are a great help when you get stuck and we have been assigned an excellent on-boarding consultant, Ashton Hicks, who has been checking in with us regularly and assisting us with any problems we haven't been able to solve.

customer support is extremely slow, before purchasing they said their response time is 24-48 hours, after purchasing we found their actual response time is normally 3-5day!!! even worse, we submitted the ticket over 11days, still no response

Great bit of kit
Great bit of kit, specifically the warehousing functionality. Ian Blaydes our onboarded did great work in helping us get the system fine tuned for our specific use case ( which was a little non standard )
Great tech support - very friendly. Just a little bit delayed at times.
We’ve had a great experience overall with Unleashed. The platform is robust and well-suited to our growing business needs. When we encountered issues, the troubleshooting support was friendly, thorough, and genuinely helpful, which we really appreciated as we're not exactly the most tech-savvy!
The only reason for not giving five stars is that response times were slower than was ideal and had to follow up a few times for updates. That said, once we did hear back, the service was excellent.
Great Customer Support & Insight
We have been using the Unleashed system for over 3 years but we wanted to get more of an insight on how Unleashed could work better for us. I received a call from Alicia Lineham and after mentioning to her there were a few things I wanted to find out more about, I scheduled a follow up call with her and it really did wonders and she answered all the questions I had. I will be implementing some of the possible options she suggested and in turn making our system work more efficiently (with less of the manual and human error). Happy customer : ) Thanks again Alicia!

I worked with Rutuja... wow it made the onboarding process pretty darn seem less. I was quoted $12,000 to move to Cin7... 3 x 1 hour sessions was all it took and we are away flying
