Ruxandra responded quickly and arranged online meeting and also included colleague who had more knowledge on the issue i wanted to discuss . Also sent me the link to the recording quickly

Chris Wan was really helpful. Gave me to the point guidance on how to edit the template which has improved our document signifcantly.

Jue’s Unleash training was outstanding. She explained everything with clarity and patience, making complex topics easy to understand. Her teaching style was engaging and highly effective—I learned a lot in a short time. Truly appreciated her support and professionalism throughout the session.

We had an unusual issue with integration between Xero and Unleashed. After many weeks of trying to understand how to solve the issue ourselves, Tyler, part of the Unleashed support team managed to figure it out and even sent a concise video explaining the issue and how to solve it. Unleashed capabilities are quite broad and you have to really learn the software if you want to use it to its full potential, however the support is amazing for those days where you don't have time and get stuck. They also do regular follow ups if they have not heard from you which is a helpful reminder.
