We've just started working with Unleashed and even though it's early days we can already see huge benefits in managing stock and orders across all our platforms. What we initially viewed as a complicated setup has been transformed into a clear, structured, and well-aligned process. Ashton has taken the time to understand our workflow, map it to best-practice configuration, and ensure every step is tested for accuracy and logic. Their methodical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to the train the trainer model and to getting it right have made this implementation both seamless and genuinely valuable for our business.

Unleashed is Intuitive
Unleashed is Intuitive, easy to use, easy to learn, and adaptive to the company's needs. The integration with our applications such as XERO works really well. The support team is also incredibly responsive and helpful. The Onboarding Consultant assigned to our company - Riley Robinson-Rattle - really looked after us and made our transition as smooth and as painless as possible. We were able to implement this system across 3 different companies in the space of a month. Highly recommended software for anyone looking for a powerful ERP solution.
Pains me to write this but this monthâŠ
Pains me to write this but this month my store/inventory has a suffered multiple glitches and the lack of support has been really disappointing. The software wont let save or update any products, its incredibly slow and after a week it hasnt fixed it self nor have I received help yet, this is the core part of our business and its just unusable. We pay $79 odd dollars for a customer success plan (which you have to pay for??) a month that allows you to have support but its so slow that whats the point? I understand small problems taking that long but the whole site being unusable should be urgent no? I have resorted to asking AI for help which is not getting me far. Multiple Staff seem to be aware of the problem but still nothing. Please help me, i have lost faith in unleashed after years of use. I will now make shopfiy the master and unleashed the slave to mitigate the risk going forward, literally anyone contact me to discuss this further.
Great Inventory System
I was looking for a new inventory system to replace our current one and found Unleashed. They have a lot of cool features, especially their B2B Store and their knowledge base is very extensive.
During our Onboarding, Charlie was assigned to me, and he is very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and was very happy to answer all questions. He also showed us how to use the system, which definitely helps and made the onboarding easy. Thanks again, Charlie!

Intuitive and logical software with very good support
The whole process was very simple and straightforward. Really good support from Riley who responded within 24 hours (Generally same day and often within a few hours of raising a question) on every request. Very good knowledge of the system and able to support with suggestions on how to manage our niche requirements.
