I onboarded unleashed as a lightweight ERP system for my company. The product is very intuitive and has been a gamechanger for reporting and maintaining a source of truth for Treehouse. Sales can add orders on the road with the app and then operations can take over and assign product to orders. 10/10!

The support and assistance along with help has been a great experience, Without being a subject matter expert i was continually supported and educated throughout what i saw as a daunting project & period in the infancy of our new company, This was made so much easier by the on boarder at Unleashed.

Jue from the Unleashed Onboarding team has been a tremendous help. In short time spans she has quickly understood our business and adjust the unleashed product for our needs. Not only that, we had a migration problem caused by our migration team, and she went in and fixed up the work herself, despite it not being her direct responsbility.

Ashton has been great helping us switch over systems, Very fast response time and helpful looms so we understand the new software.

We had a problem with UL where we couldn't see "stock adjustment" option for RSP UL. Raziq was very helpful and even though he didn't have an answer in the first instant he queried and got us a solution in a day. We really needed to use this option in UL and are very appreciative of the help and assistance we got. Thanks UL team!

We are working through setting up a new warehouse in a new market and ensuring Unleashed and Shopify talk to each other well. I reached out for support and Syafiq was extremely helpful and was able to resolve all of my queries. Wonderful customer service!

We are three weeks into using Unleashed, and have had fantastic training and support during our pre and post go-live dates. Our consultant (Jue Marsden) has been very thorough, and has provided us with support in every possible way.

Jue has been great at getting back to us in a timely manner with thorough videos and guides, and has been more than willing to answer the same question multiple times, if required. She has also been very flexible in terms of changing meeting times etc.

We cannot recommend Jue strongly enough; she has been accommodating, approachable, and very easy to deal with.

My only reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is due to some limiting features within Unleashed. There has been very little that we, as a business, have not been able to achieve through Unleashed, but there are some features that would be beneficial to us.

Overall, we have been very happy with the service we have received from Jue, and grateful for the support we have received from her.
