Really good customer service - Ruxandra Brezga has been a great help over the last few weeks.

We are a growing small business (toy wholesaler) and have spent over 2 years researching/trialling new systems which needed to tick our boxes (easy to use, grow with us, take away most of our manual processes). We are really happy we chose Unleashed as it offers all of the above and more. We can't thank Riley enough for being so patient, reassuring and knowledgeable throughout our onboarding.

Incredible Software. Very detailed and well put together - easy to use, very helpful on-boarding process (Thank you Charlotte Perry-Evans!), a must-have for any business that manufactures their own products and need to keep track of raw-materials, packaging and inventory.

As a business with 150+ SKU's, setting up took a bit of time, as every single item that goes into each product needs to be loaded onto Unleashed. But once the system is set-up, using it is very easy. Charlotte was extremely helpful in the whole process - answering our questions regarding csv file uploads and how to use the system fast and efficiently.

We've been using it for about a month now, and it's doing a great job of helping us manage our raw materials and packaging - it makes it a lot easier to see how much we'd need to order across multiple SKU's, what stock we have where (across 3 warehouses) and keeps track of batches and expiry dates.

Ian (Blaydes) was fantastic, a very helpful consultant and would highly recommend.
All questions were answered expertly and he was amazing to work with.

I had a very positive experience with Unleashed Flightpath. Our dedicated onboarding consultant, Charlotte Perry-Evans, was absolutely amazing! She diligently helped us get started with Unleashed and answered every single question we had. We are now up and running with Unleashed and things are going great! Really impressed with this software as well as the team making it possible.

Alicia was very easy to deal with, understood exactly what I needed from Unleashed and gave me the right information to make the program save me time.

I have recently begun interacting with Unleashed and learning the tool after entering a business that already uses some of the functionality. Love the unleashed experience - the user experience is clean and intuitive and it covers all of your bases. Riley was a huge help during the onboarding process and really listened to what was relevant to us as a brand to tailor the experience.

Christopher Wan was the person I was talking to. He was great in helping me figure out how to solve my issue. Overall is always a great experience dealing with anyone on the other end :)

Claudiu Ghinea, a member of the Customer Success Team at The Access Group, has been extremely helpful and supportive. He is always approachable, patient, and readily available for calls whenever needed to assist with any issues we face. His support is consistently insightful, and most importantly, he always comes with solutions.
Recently, we encountered a complex issue caused by a third-party integration, which we had been trying to resolve for 11 months. Claudiu went above and beyond expectations, helping us identify the root cause of the problem. He not only dedicated his time to guiding us through the process but also assisted with smaller tasks to check and verify details along the way.
We would like to acknowledge and commend Claudiu for his dedication and exceptional customer service, qualities that are rare to find these days. We truly feel we can rely on his help and expertise at any time.

We recently went live with Unleashed, and Rutuja was our Customer Success Consultant throughout the process. She was fantastic to work with clear, supportive, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Rutuja guided us through the Flightpath program with patience and professionalism, making the whole transition to Unleashed much smoother than expected.

I really appreciated how approachable and proactive she was in making sure everything was set up properly. It felt like she genuinely cared about our success, and that made a big difference.
