I was initially cautious as I had not previously heard of this seller, but was pleased I chose them

Don’t buy cars from this company,
Don’t buy cars from this company,
They take £99 Refundable deposits off customers,
And don’t pay them back,
You have to keep chasing them up,
Also I placed a deposit on a car travelled 3 hours and when I got there they said the car is sold,
So why do they take deposits on cars,
I emailed the complaints department it’s been 4 weeks and no reply back.

Bought the car in Stoke on trent 30 of june 2026 when that person fill up my documents he write wrong adress on V5 form i tell him 5 times he sad yes all corect so my finance company have correct adress but dvla he send wrong adress i spoke with dvla today so now i have headache to print v62 form fill up that form pay 25 pounds i sende to them and i am on stress now ...it s not what you wanna when you buy new car you wanna be happy not dissapointed and steessed staff unforentaly not proffesion avoid at least stoke on trent...just wanna add something nobody not contact with me it s just the words from V 12 ...you write you they co tact with me for futher but noup jist bla bla bla sell the car to me and thats it wash hands

I went to see a car and ended up…
I went to see a car and ended up deciding to purchase. Ammar was very helpful and made me feel at ease, giving us space to look at the car without pressure. The staff was friendly and worked together as a team to ensure that the transactions ran smoothly and efficiently- sharing different aspects of the process with each other. In the end we finished after their closing time - the deal was done the stayed and shared hotspot data so I could sort insurance to get home.

Staff were very friendly and happy to help, we brought a car from the Stoke branch and Jack was very good, gave us a good deal, explained everything that can with the warranty package.
We weren’t pushed into making any decisions about the car like we had been in other garages, it was up to us if we liked it and liked the deal Jack wasn’t overly pushy with the deal.
Loved the idea of buying the car and driving away the same day but we had actually prepared ourselves for that so went back the next day to collect the car.
Highly recommended and very likely to revisit them again for future purchases.

Not Trust Worthy
I called them 3–4 times before travelling all the way from Slough to their warehouse, and each time I was told the car was in perfect condition. However, when I arrived, I found several issues that had never been mentioned to me.
The car only had one key because the second key was lost, there were chips on the windscreen, one front tyre was in very poor condition, and there were scratches and paintwork on one of the doors. Every time I raised these issues, the response was simply, “It’s a used car.”
I understand that used cars can have wear and tear, but the problem is that these issues were not disclosed honestly before I made the journey. If I had been told the full condition of the car in advance, I would not have wasted my time travelling there. I would not recommend them because I felt important information was deliberately hidden. If you still want to buy from them, ask for all the documents and details via email. My car even has two yearly services missing in the log book, which was never told.
