Incorrect order
The original order was ok but I decided to return the jacket for a different colour and smaller size but today you resent me the same colour jacket, although I clearly stated on the return form what I wanted, so now I have to send it back AT MY COST BECAUSE OF YOUR ERROR, so I will be asking for a full refund and taking my business elsewhere..

Good price, fastest delivery ever.
Lovely Stone Island down jacket bought for half the original RRP. Ordered just after 9pm and delivered by 11am the following day (DPD are the kings of reliable delivery and worth paying a few quid more for)

I ordered a Belstaff hoodie which…
I ordered a Belstaff hoodie which arrived three days later which was great
When I opened it up the hoodie was damaged so it had to be sent back which required recorded post which was £8 pounds
Then later I was told that it was out of stock and I would get a refund for my original purchase, so no hoodie and it cost me £8 pounds for the whole experience 😡
