Ordered an item that was in stock for…
Ordered an item that was in stock for it to be cancelled as it wasn’t in stock. The issue is money was taken, 10+ days later still no email stating a refund will be paid and still haven’t received my refund. Terrible service.

Absolutely awful company and customer service, same as all the other Sports Direct companies. Cancelled orders, not able to contact anyone, paid for next day delivery for a birthday gift and not received. Asking for me to send a copy of my card via email. Sent gift cards which are unredeemable. If you want any sort of service do not use this or any of the partner companies.

Pay for delivery and the last 3 time I have had to go to a third party to pick it up why pay for delivery the need to drive 6 miles to pick it up
