Poor return process

I’ve been using van mildert for many years and have always had good service however on my recent experience wasn’t very good
Having placed an order the wrong size was sent , I used the courier to send the item back but the same item was sent back to me 2 days later from the same courier , I ended up paying to send it back myself via Royal Mail , I eventually received the correct item around a week ago
Very disappointed as this was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son
I think there needs to be a quicker process for returning items especially when it was no fault of my own

3 days ago, ordered one t-shirt Heron Preston. Resived immediately in original Flannels bag. Very good web site. Highly recommend.

Had ordered items a coupl days…

Had ordered items a couple if days previously, when I tried to order something else, was told there was something wrong with my payment details so order was cancelled, but payment was taken from my account. Want me to prove who I am. Won't use test company again
