I have previously had very good experience with Vesternet. This time the item has not been delivered nearly three weeks after ordering. It would appear that Vesternet's communication processes need improving to deal with keeping customers in the loop with realistic delivery forecasts during this period of global supply issues.

Perfect as usual
I get almost all my z-wave equipment from Vesternet so when I needed a new z-wave socket for the christmas tree they were the obvious choice. Next day delivery was handy so we could get the lights on the tree as soon as possible and start feeling festive without the need to reach round to unplug or switch off plugs by hand. Plus having the lights automatically on in the morning starts a December day off perfectly!

Order on 26th Nov still yet to be dispatched after a week but charged already. Not up to the usual service level. An email to confirm delay would be been courteous.
