Great support before ordering, but quiet after that
The sales team reached out to me after I had ordered two bypasses with a dimmer to check that I did actually intend to buy two dinners, which I really appreciated. Items arrived on time (even sooner than expected given I went for free delivery), however after trying to reach out to support several times I got no response. Luckily I managed to figure out my issues on my own, but I would have expected better.

Prompt and helpful response to request to return an item
Having included an aeotec bell in my order during a special promotion, but not researched all alternatives and possible problems with the link to my Homey hub, I wanted to return it for credit and come back to the issue later. Vesternet's response was fast and fully accommodating.
In the end I decided to keep the item as I can use it for other purposes even if there are problems integrating in my system (which there probably won't be, I now think)
