Barnsley store

My experience today in Barnsley shop was excellent
Fiz was calm and very patient with explaining everything with regards our contract and device.
He has wide range of knowledge of all products.
He was able to multi task while setting both tablet and mobile, taking away all the stress from myself

The service is ok

The service is ok, best for me till now and hopefully for future. The guys inside were very helpful and friendly, especially Daniel who helped me today with my issue.

I went in with a quiery in my phone

I went in with a quiery in my phone. I wasn’t sure if it was my phone or network and very quickly Dan offered to have a look and within minutes I was sorted. He then offered to look at my broadband and managed to sort me a better deal. The service was as always great.
