10 out of 10 for Emma, the sales advisor. Found her to be efficient, yet friendly and chatty during my visit.
Ultimately persuaded me to upgrade my handset to the Samsung Galaxy S26.

Great customer service

Visited the store on a Saturday morning to upgrade my phone and organise a tablet.
Looked after by the nicest member of staff, Daniel. Very tech savvy, really knew his stuff, I felt in very safe hands.

Visited the following Tuesday to pick up my items and looked after by a very friendly member of staff, Emma.

Excellent customer service in store.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service by Isabelle sorted my new phone out and explained everything to me perfectly. Also did me a good deal on Tablet and sim for my wife. Thank you.

Emma was brilliant helping my wife.

Emma was brilliant helping my wife.She was very patient and explained everything in an understanding way.Found another deal for us and saved us some money.When my phone contract runs out I’ll be back to see Emma for a good deal.

Emma and Bella were both very polite, helpful and professional ensuring I was completely satisfied with my devices and the airtime plans. Everything was explained well and in a manner I was able to understand. A very pleasant visit, thank you girls.
