Excellent service in Bath outlet

We went into Vodafone Bath because we had a problem with our iPhone. We were served by Saad who surpassed all expectations. We had just come from the apple shop hoping to get some answers but we got absolutely none and left disappointed but not surprised. We have left Vodafone elated and surprised!. Saad saved us so much money and was patient and diligently worked through our account (which has many phones on it). Would strongly recommend a visit to your local Vodafone outlet.

I popped into Vodafone in Bath looking…

I popped into Vodafone in Bath looking for an entirely new phone number and contract. I sat down with Tim, who couldn’t have been more helpful and patient with the entire process. He was very knowledgable and thorough, taking the time to go through all my options. All the staff in the store were welcoming (with a shout out to Stephan) and it was a very efficient and stress free process! I’d highly recommend asking for Tim if you go to the store.

Everyone was super helpful

Everyone was super helpful. Tim and Stephen made us feel at home. I can’t fault the experience whatsoever. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for anything related to their phone. Hope you get that Nando’s!

Patient, polite & helpful - all you want.

I've had a Nokia E72 (like a blackberry) for 15 years and knew I wanted to upgrade to a Galaxy Flip 7. The age of my phone presented issues over transfer of data. I had many questions and Jessica couldn't have been more helpful seeing me through a big leap in technology with this upgrade. I felt I received a service and continued reassurance that demonstrates why Vodafone still have high street shops. I've been with Vodafone for probably 20+ years and based on this experience wouldn't think of changing - Thank you Jessica.

Was very helpful

Was very helpful, came in to get my phone upgraded. Gave me the best plan. Also look into my dads plan, in which he was able to get a great deal for upgrading, getting a new watch all for a better price.
