I came to Vodafone after receiving a…
I came to Vodafone after receiving a terrible experience with EE and thie manager. So after 25+ years I decided that I have had enough and would leave EE and move to Vodafone. I walked in quite upset and met a wonderful human being called Colin. He immediately saw that I was upset sat me done and asked what he could do to help. I ask to get a new phone on an existing contact. Colin was very supportive and answered all my questions, even when I asked them more than once. He was very patient with me and for that I will be forever grateful. Thank you Colin

Colin was honestly most helpful man ever. I came in without any money or a phone after travelling and left with a new phone and tablet!! He explained everything clearly and patiently as well as delivering a friendly and chatty service. I would recommend him, and the Bath Vodafone Service to everyone. I’ll be back. Just called into Bath Vodafone and chatted to Bianca about an on going problem which is very unusual and has been very annoying with WhatsApp and photos.
