This is an update 30 March 25,
I was left holding for 40minutes.
Interestingly, as I am writing this review a team attempted to call me x2 whilst holding on for a technician!!!
Avoid Vodafone. This is probably the worst network provider in Bedford. The team members in Bedford store are very good. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Sadly the network in the area appears to be extremely poor.
Initially a report stated they had good net work coverage. Sadly this is not true. (My broadband service box arrived on the day of the 2 week cooling of period). And have been locked into their contract. Frequently I'm unable to make calls indoors/home.
The customer service unnecessarily protracted and even more so when you request for a Puk number to leave the network. Their policy appears to lock their unhappy customer into bondage. The technical team try to prevent customers leaving insisting on carrying troubshooting tests. Reinforcing the difficulties of leaving the network
If a customer decides to leave a termination fee 135 pounds is then required this then as more frustration to the customer.
On 25 March I terminated the call after waiting for a technician to sort out my issue..the matter still remains outstanding.
The saga continues!!
The network service is poor..error message "unregistered calls" or not connected to Internet/wifi and unable to have a conversation without the line dropping several times. 😤
Ironically when I requested to make a direct complaint my network remained quite strong 🤷🏾♂️

Went into store today as my phone…
Went into store today as my phone wasn't working. I was greeted and served by the manager Dylan. He advised me on my options as I was a pay as you go customer topping up £20 a month. He sold me a talkmobile sim and halved my bill for me. Great lad!

Lovely experience from a great staff member
I was shopping in Bedford & popped into vodaphone to see what upgrade I was entitled to without paying alot more money each month, I needed a phone with alot more storage as my old Samsung was full & I also needed a phone with a great camera as I love taking photos.Natalia asked if she could help, I told her what I needed in a phone and she was so helpful I felt instantly at ease with her, within about 10 minutes she had helped me find the perfect phone Samsung S24 Ultra and the perfect package for me, she helped me to transfer everything from my old phone onto my new phone.
I had been into other Vodaphone stores and not had the help or advice I would have liked but Natalia was absolutely amazing and helped me throughout the whole process, changing phones can be a stressful time, but Natalia made my whole experience stress free. Vodaphone are lucky to have such a lovely, friendly, most helpful lady on their team , .

Was instore sorting out 2 sim only upgrades and was greeted and served by Natalia. She managed to upgrade both of my packages and give me a great deal. Left the store very and happy and will definitely return again.
