I spoke to call centre in some foreign…
I spoke to call centre in some foreign country. No phone reception at all in my house since car accident in village. Supposed to be sorted but STILL no signal a month later.. Agents said he would send a new sim card. Later looked at emails. I have 14 days to exit Vodafone as new contract started today. Went into Berwick-upon-Tweed store. Greeted by manager, Simon, the reason I joined Vodafone as an experienced top notch IT expert. He did a few changes with my phone and said try that at home. Said I didn't need a new sim card, so another waste of my time talking to agents abroad.. Will go home and try. If no success,leaving Vodafone However I want to emphasis the value of this highly experienced IT expert at this store. My previous problem was Kira who rushed me through each time i had to go in with no explanation. A little hospitality , care goes a long way in dealing with the public. Old people are not stupid.
Now the test is, to see if my phone works at home !!

Excellent experience and service from store manager, Simon
My sim only package is coming to an end and I visited Berwick store to discuss options. Simon, the store manager, gave me a super welcome and searched to see what new options were available. In the end he found a lower priced new deal which gave me similar benefits so we signed up there and then. A very satisfied customer
