Simon, the store manager, solved my problem immediately, renewed my plan and reduced my monthly bill. He was friendly, knowledgeable and swift. There was no waiting time, a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. Thank you team Vodafone and Simon in Berwick-upon-Tweed!
