The most unreliable provider out there
The most unreliable provider out there. There is no service at all almost everywhere. The staff is absolutely unhelpful either. When you tell them that they have the worst service they're trying to say that the reason is in your devices and giving you false information and empty promises for everything. I honestly regret that I'm using Vodafone. You should think twice before deciding to go with Vodafone. Honestly it's not worth it at all !!!

I've been with Vodafone for many years and dealt with many of the shop front staff..

Mehmet was very patient
Mehmet was very patient, clear and helpful the best customer service given to me my whole life! My English are not well and I have all the contacts of my family members on my shoulder, it’s so hard and stressful to deal with but he made the whole experience so easy.

My experience was excellent
My sales advisor Christian was excellent and personable and very keen and helpful. He was supported by Theo who was very professional and assisted with my slightly complex needs about MiFi. Could have used other providers but remain loyal to Vodafone as always find shopping in store a very pleasant and stress free experience. Not to mention the connection is near perfect almost everywhere I go.

Upgrade disgrace
Vodafone completely messed up an upgrade that I had arranged for my daughters phone. 4 days after we had visited in store, my daughters phone was totally cut off. I had to go to the store to sort it out, and they were surprised because they had not been informed there was an error with the upgrade.
Paul and Holly were extremely helpful, and Holly sorted it all out for me. She kept me in the loop as to how things were going and managed to sort it all out quickly and efficiently. They are both a credit to Vodafone, but your systems and communication from your back offices need addressing. My daughter is a Senco at her school and needs her phone, hence her doing the upgrade during the school holidays. This all caused undue stress and upset.

Holly is amazing!
I was lucky enough to be served by Holly! She was absolutely fantastic! She was was attentive and super helpful. I upgraded my phone. And she gave me all the info I needed and more to ensure I knew how to use my phone & transfer my data accordingly! Honestly best service I have received in a long time! She deserves an award!
