5* service
After my wife experience in coming to the store to do an upgrade, we decided to return to the Bexleyheath store, to arranged a new line for my son and an upgrade. This time we were seen by Ryan, and the customer service was impecable. Very pleasant to speak to him, very efficient and we always had honest view to what we will benefit the most. Ryan also went over an above to check if the other services with Vodafone are at the best deal we can have. Truly happy with the outcome. I would rate the service over 5*

Marvelous service at store
I came to the store to get an upgrade. I was seen by Theodora, who provided a splendid customer service, 5*, will be underrated. Theodora provided an unbias advise, showing a care for what is right for me as customer. She also looked for the best deal. I always struggle with first getting through customer service over the phone, so coming to the store was a bliss.

I had an excellent experience at Vodafone and I was able to set up a phone contract. We was supported by Mihai which he was able to assit us with the deals and was able to answer all the questions we had. He was friendly and helpful and we had a good experience.
