When entering the store on Bishops storford I was greeted by Manny who didn’t make me feel like I didn’t know what I wanted he was helpful and managed to help me get the right deal for me, his warm and friendly manner instantly put me at ease and what would usually be a stressful experience was smooth and stress free…Thank you Manny for a great customer experience
