Happy customer!
Samantha helped my mum and I today and she was absolutely brilliant. I had a little one and we stayed longer than planned in the shop and Samantha offered to see what they have in the fridge in case he’d like anything. We didn’t raid their fridge, but finding a person like that is so rare. I am so grateful. She was also super helpful with helping us choose options and set my mum up on her new device, as well as exploring my broadband renewal options. The whole team at the Broadstairs Vodafone shop is wonderful. I have been working with them for over two years, for all my mobile and broadband needs. Karl was great at helping me narrow down the best phone options for my business needs too. Great experience! Thanks guys.

Exemplary Customer Service
I recently visited the store to enquire about upgrading my handset. Carl demonstrated excellent knowledge about the different options available and answered all my questions with confidence. His empathetic demeanour and genuine willingness to help made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
Carl is a true asset to his team and shows great promise in his newly chosen career. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional service. As I witnessed when I returned to the store later to complete my purchase; whilst I waited for him to complete his work with other satisfied customers.
