Excellent Miles

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new phone at Vodafone, thanks to Miles, He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and recommended the perfect device for me without any pressure. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the whole purchase smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for expert advice and excellent customer service at Vodafone!

I was very impressed with Cassie

I was very impressed with Cassie. My current plan is coming up for renewal and she explained the options to me clearly and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. I have both iphone and ipad plans through Vodafone and my ipad is not quite up for renewal yet so I was not able to make any final decisions today but will be back in soon.
We also discussed moving across to Vodafone for our wi-fi as our contract with BT ends in November. Cassie was also very helpful with options plus information regarding the options in keeping our current bt email addresses.

Nichole (Bury St Edmunds)

Nichole was most helpful, her experience intertwined with her knowledge and cheerful attitude made for a refreshing experience in selling me a IPhone 16 Pro Max. Being in sales myself I know how hard people press for a sale and this was far from that. She is a credit to Vodafone and I hope this finds the right person to give her that recognition she deserves!
