The experience was a bit long winded…
The experience was a bit long winded and made very difficult by a problem with Vodafone’s computer systems however the store staff Brandon and ultimately the goat John worked tirelessly to make the process happen. 2/10 for Vodafone and a 1000000/10 for the staff at the Bury ST Edmunds store.

Nichole was absolutely amazing
Nichole was absolutely amazing. We had zero luck at all the other vodafones but Nichole knew just what to do to help us. It was such a relief after be given the round around for a whole week.
I already told my husband that we won’t be going to any other vodaphone stores (besides this one) for any other issues/concerns/questions.

Met John and was so happy with the service he provided. Not only did he get the deal I was looking for but managed to find the deal at an unbelievable price. I will only go back to him in future for renewals as he also has a great humour and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the whole process.

Great staff at Bury St Edmunds Voda shop

Wonderful experience will be coming back again
From the moment I walked in the door me and my wife were greeted by a lively friendly member of staff called Tom he kindly sat us down to talk with us about Wi-Fi options for our first house we purchased together, he was very well mannered and polite throughout the whole process and making everything very understandable, just would personally like to thank Tom and the store!
What absolute delightful experience and we will definitely be coming back

Nichole was amazing from the start of…
Nichole was amazing from the start of my contract renewal to the finish of my appointment with her. Nichole found me the best deal for my iPhone 16 pro max and even went above and beyond to help myself and my partner find the best broadband deal also. I can’t rate her enough and better still she’s such a lovely, bubbly down to earth person who will happily have a laugh throughout the appointment with you.
Thank you for being amazing I will always come to this store for my contract and broadband upgrades now.

Tom in the Bury st Edmunds store is amazing.Such a lovely friendly and professional young man.He knows his Tech stuff and explains everything in a very professional way.He is a very positive and funny person who had us all in stitches laughing and my daughter took out a new contract on her phone and he explained everything to her.He is a credit to your company and thanks again Tom i will be back in December to renew my sons phone

After having absolutely no help with…
After having absolutely no help with Vodafone customer services I was forced to go to the Vodafone store in Bury st Edmunds.
There I was helped by John the tech guy, what a legend, he was very helpful and resolved the serious problem I was having with Vodafone. I couldn't have solved the problem I had put on me by Vodafone without the massive help from John. So thank you very much John.
