Very welcoming

As promised shar and the crew really managed to save this contract from going down the pan let me explain
I decided to get a contract phone and I was in the TRAFFORD CENTRE went into the vodaphone all I can say is the least said about JACOBS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR THE BETTER he sold me a contract and phone totally unsuitable for me and was bullied into it and pressured for a sale and as I subsequently learned I wasn’t the first and I also left the store without a SIM card I had to return the next day to ask why the SIM card was missing to be told it’s not a big deal well I disagree any way and I’m disabled and find it very hard to get about so a few days later I was in bury and called in to the shop looking for a case for the phone to be greeted by shar and the crew very polite and really helpful and this was about 17.20 pm and he could see I was upset and asked could be help to which I explained what happened and he was horrified as the team in bury were brand new staff and also knew of JACOBS antics and asked me to come back when next in bury and they would sort all this out for me so a couple of days later I did it took almost 4 hours to sort the mess that JACOB 😡had caused and the girl who sorted it although it was a group effort it was her first day and she was a diamond 💎 and really felt I was a valued customer and also a friend but more than that a loyal customer and I walked out with the phone that was suited for me and I regularly call in for a chat 💬 and laugh and joke 😎😎😎😎😎

Was served by an Asian man called…
Was served by an Asian man called Zulfi, recently. I went, because I had a problem with my phone, and I found his customer service skills absolutely atrocious. He was rude disrespectful, and completely disregarded what I went in for. I feel extremely disappointed, especially as a long time Vodafone customer and I hope he is pulled up on this behaviour, because I have no doubt that traits like that, are unfortunately, learnt over time. I’ll be leaving Vodafone once my contract ends, and I really hope his behaviour is addressed and dealt with appropriately.

Never go with Vodafone
Never go with Vodafone, My contract is over and due to excessive disconnection and bad service I decided to leave them at the end of the contract but they charged me £45 more even though I informed them earlier and I had paid all of my contract payments. This is officially disrespecting the customer and extorting money.

Kian made my experience worth my while
Kian made my experience worth my while. His customer service was excellent and explained everything in detail and was really knowledgeable. It gave me trust in the product I was purchasing and I’d recommend him highly to anyone popping in to the store.

What a great experience
What a great experience. The floor staff were incredible and the manager was approachable. I came in to talk about my broadband to Kian but ended up upgrading and buying a new phone. I would recommend this store to anyone, but especially people put off by new tech.
