Visit to Vodafone Canterbury. We were seen by Joe who I believe is…
We were seen by Joe who I believe is the store manager. Throughout our time there we found Joe to be very professional and informative and very knowledgeable. We were given multiple options for our needs all of which were explained in detail so that we were able to understand our possible choices. All staff were professional and friendly and made our vist an enjoyable experience.

Super Service
From the moment we entered the store until we left we were treat with respectful and friendly service.
The level of expertise and genuine desire to provide what we needed was amazing and gave us an immediate sense of confidence and trust in both Tom and Issac.
I really can't fault them in any way and my wife and I left the store totally satisfied with the experience. SUPER SERVICE!!

Great customer Service
Great customer Service. Isaac was great, helped with my upgrades 2 mobiles & broadband. Only problem, was the WiFi was down in the store. So it took 2 hours. But Isaac persisted, and got it all done for me. Thanks to Joe and the team. Due to time, it was taking the store was very busy. But one little note, it didn't look very good that in a phone store, the WiFi was down...

Amazingly helpful
Came into the Canterbury store as I was having difficulty using my phone and was due an upgrade, luckily I was seen by a member of staff called Riya who was a very helpful and kind person, she managed to talk me though my problems and even suggested me a phone based on the problems I was facing, I ended up with a brand new phone and more data and still payed less then what I was paying initially and the cherry on top was she managed to get me a better deal on my broadband then what I was paying with sky. She is a credit to Vodafone and they are lucky to have her!
