I am a lady in her late 60’s and all technology can be a challenge. I was very happy with the service I received at the Carmarthen store. Friendly and very knowledgeable person (Becky) helped me with my choice of phone. Customer focus was amazing and she covered all of my questions with lots of patience! Helped me set up my new phone which I’m really happy with. Thank you Becky!👍

Becky explained all options and made sure I undestood the phone and plan charges.
She also made me aware that i could pay off after 90 days as a lump sum.

Becky was amazing in helping me switch…

Becky was amazing in helping me switch from apple to Samsung after having some issues with the Esim. She then also helped us save some money on our contract! Extremely helpful!

Excellent service

We have been served by Becky three times in the past year and she goes above and beyond what I would hope for. This time we dealt with Vodafone online in the shop but Becky stayed with me to help with any questions that were asked of me. Couldn’t fault her
